Raquel's Party Land, Austin TX

This store is not large and is not fancy. However, it has what counts the most – excellent customer service. We went in looking for items for a six year old school party and we were directed towards a cute, Mexican hat, clothing, items, and a maraca. Our granddaughter will be decked out for day of the dead party at school. The prices are very reasonable and not only was the person running the store helpful, but a customer pitched in and gave us some good advice.

When out of Toy Story Pinatas elsewhere, was able to order ahead of time, pay for over phone and pick up when ready. Very convenient!

Only town that had soccer pinata. They had beautiful pinatas. I will definitely coming back.

Great looking piñatas, they were friendly, helpful, and the quality of the piñatas was great. Affordable and realistic. We will definitely be back for more, o and you can get jump houses

Amazing customer service! My husband and I called last minute looking for a dinosaur pinata for our son's birthday party. We called close to closing time and the place already closed for the day, but they answered the phone anyway and offered to meet us at the store after hours. You don't see such wonderful customer service anymore! We bought a really cool T-rex pinata that our son loved! Thank you again!

Put in an order for a medium heart pinata on 02/08/2020 and to pick it up
and pay on 02/12/2020 @ 5pm. Called today on the 12th to make sure it'd be ready on time and at first, they said I had the wrong place and then when I double-checked (it was the correct place after-all), I was put on hold while the employee spoke with the manager. After 5 minutes, I was told it would not be ready on time due to the rain but I could call back and check again later today. This was incredibly unprofessional and very disappointing. I'm surprised they have the rating that's listed because this was ridiculous. I cancelled my order an will look elsewhere.
