Ms Ratliff is an amazing attorney. She helped me with my divorce. Everything I asked for Tami fought for I was awarded. Always returned my calls and I called often. I was in good hands. Now Tami is helping my son with child support & visitations. We received letter called Tami immediately she returned call within 1 hr. My son needs some who will guide him. Tami is the attorney for this legal matter. I recommend Tami to help with any legal matters.

Tammy fought hard for me and my daughter. She came prepared to the hearings, she was very professional and very prepared. She really worked hard to help me and my daughter. I had previously retained Ms. Ratliff for other family cases of mine, and I also had no problem referring her to others because of the great work she had done for me in the past. For someone I once valued and thought so highly of, it disappoints me tremendously to have to change my previous review I once had written of her.

I trusted Tami with everything to handle my divorce. In the beginning, she assured me with the utmost confidence that she would defend me, and fight my case as she had done for me in the past. For whatever reason, she folded. She suddenly quit responding to my messages, phone calls, etc. Only time she would call would be a day or two before any major deadlines for court, signatures, etc. She kept saying she would bring me in her office so we could meet and come up with a strategy, and that never happened.

In the end, Tami was encouraging me to just settle and agree to everything they were asking for, instead of fighting for me to get what I was asking for. Probably because she showed up to my final hearing empty handed, and completely unprepared. Tami was also supposed to have drawn up the divorce decree, and she never did that. That then forced the other party to have to draw it up, and serve me with a motion to enforce the signature.

When I reached out to Tami multiple times because I had questions about the decree, she always never responded until the day before court. I was then accused of by the other party of delaying signature, which then led to me getting stuck with paying their attorney fees. You would think being a "repeat" client would earn you enough respect to fight for you. But I guess I valued that relationship more than she did.

Ms. Ratliff is an exceptional family law lawyer who exceeded all my expectations. Her dedication, knowledge, and ability to navigate through complex family legal matters are truly commendable. Was called and was told it was a free consultation. She only called to collect money and then didnt hear anything for days. She didnt answer my questions and only filed for a temporary hearing and put a restraining order on her keeping me from seeing my son all together. After discharging her she was very rude and is trying to keep almost the full $5000 that was paid to get my baby boy back. I would strongly avoid against using this lawyer unless you want to pay and get zero support.

It took from December 8 of 2022 till March to fill divorce papers she was me ex husband atty not mine

Best lawyer I ever had! Spot on and very intelligent with over 20 years experience! Great in all areas including the court room. She also doesn’t try to strap you for all of your money as well. Very good listener and try’s to get her clients all they need and ask for. I have a very difficult custody case and she’s helped me get through it and it’s been almost two years! She doesn’t give up! I would recommend her to everyone and I would use her again and again!

We are currently using this attorney for a VERY simple case. She hasn't returned a single email, phone call or text in 2 months. She has our money and now will not communicate. The 2 times we were able to talk to her (early on) she had inaccurate information about her own clients as if she didn't even listen to us about what we needed her to do. We feel as if she has just dropped our case without letting us know, when in reality.and by what she had promised, should be almost done and closed by now.
DO NOT use this attorney, no results or communication, lucky for her, she required payment up front.

The absolutely worst attorney ever. Doesn't fight for you, doesn't answer calls and will only take your money. She did a poor job for me and multiple people I know.

Terrible Attorney. Don’t pay her upfront cause you’ll have trouble getting ahold of her and she will withdrawl from your case without issuing a refund.

Worst attorney in Abilene. She will withdrawl from your case without you ever knowing. Dont pay her till after your court date or you will be sorry. Trashy lady in my opinion
