My last visit for this c9mpany, at that day

1 hour in line outside to check in only 1 desk for GDS and one for RAVA. Have to pay $120 for lumper no credit cards or any checks cash only. Trucks all in the street now waiting game to get a dock door. Be patient going to be hours here.

If there was an option to put less than 100 well-earned stars, they would have them. I go for 10 hours and they don't give me the download papers. Terrible service.

They take 6 to 7 hours to unload a trailer. Huge lineip for check in in the morning but still you have to wait. This place is overcrowded and nowhere to park. Park truck far away in front of other companies on the street. No wastroom is there.

The desrve minus one star 6 am appointment already 7 am there office is closed, at 7: 15 i give my paper work by 1215 am i got a door but yet standing here seems nothing is going on.if you want to waste your time pick a load for this place otherwise never ever haul for them.

Ni appointment required first come first serve open at 7am and do receiving till 12pm after that shipping start. Washroom are not clean. Backing is difficult less space in front with trailer parked.
Overnight parking on street and can make u turn in end. Need $120 cash lumper fee to get unloaded.
Huge lineup try to wake up early to enter the line.

These guys are very bad. The trailer is coming from Mexico and they are waiting for you. If you want, it will take a day. Also, the dock is wet and it is a blind side. Please don't queue for a long time at the second window on the left. Check in by 7: 00 am. $120 cash lumper fee Ah they take if it's not prepaid good luck

I’m going to give it 1 star already. Got here 30 minutes ago. My truck is parked along the street. I’d like to go move it but I don’t want to lose my place in line. My appointment was at 7am, it is now 730. The line has not moved whatsoever.

Came at 7am, trying to find a place along the street. Line of people to check in. Horrible. The docks don’t have enough room to park. We had to wait for a truck coming from Mexico! To start getting unloaded. And lucky us we spent only 5 hours there. But checking the reviews most of people wait longer. The whole area looks bad- nasty smell, traffic jams. Not recommended for coming. Also also
Lumper fee only cash. It’s 21 century and it’s still USA. Stop avoiding paying taxes.

Slowest check in. Standing in line for 1.5 hrs still 8 people in front of me. No parking. Never again am I coming here

**TRUCKERS** Before checking in Rava. Park on the curb on either side on Nafta BLVD if coming from Mcpherson. Then walk to the office to check in. This yard is hectic to get in and out.

No need to come in and jam pack the yard just to check in and have to go back out on the street and wait anyways.

I parked on the curb, walked in and gave them my number for a door to get unloaded 30 minutes later.

If you can avoid coming to unload this company, avoid it. They take a long time to give you the papers. Since you're empty, they tell you to park on the street and that they can't give you the bowls until the trailer from Mexico arrives.

Please don't even come to this place after they unload you, you have to wait for a box to arrive from Mexico to put your merchandise and if not they will reassemble the product back and as always the broker on behalf of your client who is the one who pay you are only the instrument of work

Check in at 7: 30, the call me for a door at 9 am unloaded in 20 min 9: 30 got paperwork and ready to roll
