Didn’t capture the names for both gentlemen that helped me sadly but either way this place rocks! One of the best ray-ban stores and employees in the U. S (not only just in TX). Keep it boys!

I love this place! I don’t know the name of the guy whose bald with the killer beard but he’s extremely helpful! I hope he’s the manager of that place if not they need to promote him ASAP!

Dio is a super helpful and patient employee willing to listen to your needs or concerns and isn't pushing product onto you. He helped me find a new pair of shades to appreciate while helping me order some replacement lens for an older pair.
I had the pleasure of meeting Dominic, a sales associate at Ray-Ban, and I must say, he exceeded all expectations. Dominic was not only extremely intelligent, but he was also incredibly helpful and fun to speak with. From the moment I walked into the store, he greeted me with a warm smile and even allowed my furry friend to accompany me, which was such a considerate gesture.
When it came to repairing my glasses, Dominic made the process a breeze. He was efficient and ensured that both my glasses and my friend's glasses were repaired seamlessly. What truly impressed me was that Dominic went above and beyond by suggesting other pairs with different lenses and frames, including options from the remarkable Ferrari collection. The range of choices was incredible!
Dominic's expertise extended beyond repairs and recommendations. He took the time to find a pair of glasses that perfectly complemented the shape of my face. His attention to detail and genuine interest in helping me find the right fit truly stood out. Additionally, he took the opportunity to discuss the different cases that Ray-Ban now offers, including the stylish case that I would receive if I were to purchase the new aviators from the original top gun collection.
I can confidently say that I will be returning to the store to purchase my new aviators when I come to pick up my repairs. Dominic's exceptional service and genuine personality have made me a loyal customer for life. It's rare to encounter someone as knowledgeable and genuinely helpful as Dominic, and I am incredibly grateful for the experience I had at Ray-Ban that day.

Obsessed with the reverse aviators and the polarized inventory is pretty good! Some ray ban stores have literally no polarized options in store. Woo go Austin location!

I went to the store to get prescription sunglasses. Bobby greeted me and took care of the whole process. He was friendly and helped me get the best product for my needs. Definitely recommend.

The employees were great, very knowlegable, and fast. I love that Ray bands can be individually repaired and that the lenses come in different sizes depending on your face shape. The glasses, even though some models are plastic, feel premium and have a nice weight to them. Definitely check the store out!
The gentleman that helped me during this visit was exceptional. He was friendly, patient and even when a lot of customers came in at once he acknowledged everyone and treated everyone quickly and efficiently and with respect.
I just left the Ray Ban store and I walked in needing eye glasses but had no idea what type of frames I wanted. Danielle was very honest and knowledge about which frames suited my face. Thanks to her, I made a decision and I love my new glasses!
I had a good experience. I’ll only say I had a coupon and it was for online and figured they would honor it but didn’t. Even though it was just $10 I figured it would be honored in order to get a sale but it wasn’t.
