A big Thank You to Patricia in the alterations department. I needed to have a bridesmaid dress altered, and she did an EXCELLENT job! It fits like a glove. I really appreciated the quick turn around time, too. It only took 2 weeks, and I was expecting it to take longer. Patricia did excellent work and was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Ray's for alterations.

I have used Ray's Custom Cleaners for tailoring and dry cleaning, and they are the best! I do not trust anyone else with my clothes. I’ve had several pants hemmed and a suit altered, and they did a phenomenal job. I would highly recommend them!

Such an incredible team of workers! I went to get a dress altered for a formal and it ended up not needing to be altered but they offered the idea of sewing in cups to give it the extra pizzaz. I am OBSESSED with what was already a beautiful dress made even better by these lovely ladies. Highly recommend!

I had a winter coat repaired and they did a terrific job! The pocket was completely torn and they repaired it like new. Very happy with the quality of their work and will definitely go back!

They have done same day and day before alterations for me when I am in a pinch! They are the best! Can’t imagine going anywhere else.

I brought in clothing twice to Ray's cleaners for dry cleaning. The first trip one shirt did not come back but I got notification a few days later that it had shown up. The second time I took cleaning in I went back to have one shirt missing and two pairs of starched jeans missing. I saw the shirt hanging on a back rack and was able to get that back, however they were unable to locate the two pair of jeans. I was told I would be contacted and the situation would be resolved. After multiple attempts to get the situation resolved and being told multiple times that the owner would review the tapes and give me a call back, no resolution has occurred. Unfortunately, I spent $75 on the second trip to only now be out two pairs of jeans. I would not recommend unless you can get them to give you a written record of what you are dropping off, without that you are likely to return to missing items.

The ladies in the alterations area did an amazing job alterating my dress. It was a backless dress that required multiple alterations (lower back, around the legs and length wise). It was the perfect fit and I recieved many compliments at a friends wedding. It was pricey, but well worth the price. Thank you Ladies!

This is where I take all my clothes to be cleaned and altered. The seamstresses are amazing and their work is flawless every time. I get asked all the time where I get my shirts from because they look so good and its because the quality of the work at Rays.

Prior to coming to Ray’s Alterations, I read the reviews and of course went straight to the negative ones to see what people complained about the most. I noticed that the very few people who had negative reviews made comments about the staff being rude and not getting the job done in a timely manner.

I don’t normally write reviews but I feel like this place definitely deserves one! I want to start by saying that I was greeted and treated with nothing but respect and professionalism from Yolanda, Patricia, and Rosie. After going to another alterations shop and receiving poor service, the employees here went above and beyond to assist me with getting my shirt back to me that same day, which I did not think was possible! My shirt was fixed and my day was made so much better thanks to these ladies.

Overall, I have no complaints and I have nothing but positive things to say about Ray’s Alterations. If you need any dry cleaning or alterations done to your clothes, I would highly give this place a go.

I will definitely be coming back here and will be recommending this business to others.

They did a good job with hemming my pants. However they are very disorganized and not clear on pricing. I got 3 pairs of pants altered, one pair expedited I needed them that week. They were done on time, but when I went back to pick them up it was 45 dollars for the hem. When I dropped them off I was told it was going to be 24 dollars. Then the following week I wanted to check on the other two pairs, they could could not locate them. They found them I figured it was just a mistake no one is perfect. Finally I called them on the day they said my pants would be ready, they lost my pants again! For the amount of money I spent for their services I would expect them not to lose my 100 dollar pair of jeans and yoga pants. Will not be back again. All together the price of their services was over 90 dollars for 3 Hemings

I come here frequently for tops, pants, jackets. Every job is treated with respect and care. Could not be happier with friendly, respectful, quick service!

I was “that person, ” who waited last minute and before I knew it, it was a week before I was to be out of town to see family for the holiday and I needed alterations for the outfit I was supposed to wear. I rushed to Rays a week before I needed the pants to see what they could do. Their typical turn around time is two weeks, but after explaining my situation, she agreed to have them done before I left out of town. (This is during the holidays! I was asking a lot!) They were ready for me on time, fit perfect, and looked beautiful for my event. I am forever grateful. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Will be returning soon!

Thank goodness there are still talented seamstress’s in Fort Worth! Not wanting to invest in purchasing more clothing for work and an upcoming special event, I discovered the ladies in the alteration dept of Ray’s Cleaners on Camp Bowie! My suits and and a quality shirt were taken in to fit my body’s new dimensions…lol. I love having a one stop shop for alterations and dry cleaning. Don’t hesitate to bring your heirloom bedding or quality clothing to the ladies at Ray’s Dry Cleaners.
