Razzoo's Cajun Cafe reviews
24The food was amazing! The two young people at the host station looked bored and had an attitude with diners. We were told it would be a 35 minute wait and that we had to go out and wait in our car. As we walked in after being called back we encountered another family that was unhappy with how they were being treated. Our waitress was just barely adequate. She seemed a bit put out about having to be at work. It's a shame. Lovely place with great food.if only they had better service.
Miscommunication on the wait list had us waiting for 45+ minutes. Finally seated, service was slow from the bar and from the kitchen (we believe due to our complaints about the waiting). After wanting to attend this restaurant and enjoy their food like we remembered it pre-Covid, unfortunately our trip was what could be considered as a disappoint. Shame too.we typically have had a good experience at this restaurant.
Our waitress Tabatha was exceptional, friendly, knowledgeable, and made delicious recommendations. Best of all great with our kids!
Great server.but our food took a while to prepare and I asked for a potent beverage but recvd a watered down drink.the food was excellent as usual!
Our server Ashley was so much fun. We love this place food is good, atmosphere is fun. Pretty busy on Sundays
Mike the bartender is pretty funny. We just stopped in on the way home from a road trip. The food is always delicious. DH and I enjoyed the small talk at the bar and had a few appetizers. Rat Toes and Boudin Balls are great!
Excellent fish cooked well. Garlic bread compliments everything. Phenomenal dirty rice. Waitstaff was less attentive during peak hours (7ish) than an hour earlier. Margaritas smooth and tasty.
The food here is to die for. The waiter was super awesome, helpful and had patience. It was our first time eating there and had no idea what to really expect but our experience was amazing and we will definitely be returning customers.
Great seafood selection, the names of the dishes are crazy [good]. My wife and I frequent NOLA and the surrounding areas often, always eating cajun and seafood. This place made us feel like we were visiting again. Very friendly staff.
Yes they are busy! But the wait is usually shorter than they tell you.the service is always always top notch and the food is tasty and consistant. Dont hesitate.and for those who dont like spicy, cajun or seafood theres other options!
Always have a good time here, the atmosphere is very inviting. Love the decorations very ship yard themed. The food is really enjoyable nice and hot when it reaches your table. The hot sauces are really good, nice flavor. The menu has some of the wall names on it, great conversation starter for a date, for a friend thing, for a family get that food together atmosphere.
This restaurant is soo unique. I loved it. The waitress was very nice too. The food was amazing also, I recommend the stuffed shrimp and appetizer cuz the appetizers will fill u up and you will be sad you couldn’t finish the main course lol (me)
Rude! Did a call in order and spoke to 3 different people then was transferred to the manager who was rude as well. Went in to pick up my order and was ignored for 15 minutes. When i was finally help my order still wasnt ready. Will never order or dine in here again
Service isn't always the best at this location. The food is pretty average for a chain restaurant. Crawfish season is the best time to go. They really have the seasoning down to a T on them. In my opinion fire mouth is the way to go. Overall, it's not a bad place to eat at however I do think the downtown location is better.
The meal that my bro and i had was the bomb our waitress Jarrett she was wonderful i told them i been here before it was my friend first time he enjoyed the service so did i.
I love the food there it did take longer than expected to get our order but the result was so good, Rat Toes were on point & the entrees were so delicious.
Horrible service! Can was advised that the wait will be 15 mins. Ended up waiting 30 mins while the same amount of parties walked in and got a table. After finally being seated, the table had our menus and silverware on a dirty table! Disgusting! Located the manager about the table was advised I guess I can clean the table for you if you want? !? The tables should be cleaned before being seated! Will never return to this location again
Our waitress wasn’t attentive at ALL.basically ignored my Husband and I. I order the popcorn shrimp from the appetizer menu with literally only about ten fries and crawfish fondue that had hard garlic break that crumbled like crackers from it being so old and stale!
The food was good, the wait staff was good the atmosphere was lively. Just short of the 5th star as the seasoning was focused on heat over flavor. Would recommend.
The food sucked the atmosphere is nice and the waitresses and staff are awesome but it doesn't make up for the gumbo some of the other food was palatable but come on guys we're not that far from Louisiana
