RBFCU - Credit Union, San Marcos TX

I’ve been using this bank for 2+ years now for their money market services and I strongly regret opening any accounts here. The headaches are not worth the extra $ 100-200 In dividends.

Pathetically trained customer service representatives and incompetent security team. If i could give 0 stars I would.

Do not go to this RBFCU the people here are rude and give dirty look's! This saddens me because a few year's ago it use to be my favorite location but I guess they have fallen. They use to have amazing customer service now I feel like a burden to them when I go in it's like I have to force these people to actually do their job's.

Teller number 201 very rude did not make me fell comfortable.brought in a deposit slip and was saying that was weird of me. The most uncomfortable situation I ever been in.never going back in.

Just bank with Chase. They do everything they can for their customers. Randolph Brooks does not. They charge you fees if you go into the negative, even if you warn them that your account will go negative but will have money back in it in less than 24 hours. They are ridiculous. No such thing as customer service either. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. Also, their App is NOT user friendly at all! With Chase, if you make a purchase your account will reflect it. Whereas with Randolph, you basically have to track every time you swipe your card because it will takes days for it to reflect on the app. Chase is MUCH better!

These people took are crooks. I hate this company. They will take from you any little chance they get.

Worst RBFCU ever, rude tellers! Never will bank with them I rather drive 45 mins then bank with them.
Went to get money out to make a cash payment and was told that this place was not a check cashing place. I advised her that "THIS MY MONEY AND IF I NEED IT I WILL TAKE IT ALL OUT! " I work and eared that money and if I want to take it all out. I will do so. She said she was just letting me know. And I said " I'm letting you know. The whole staff is rude.they make the bank look bad!

It took almost 40 minutes (no I'm not exaggerating) to wait in line to get helped in drive thru. That's not even including the time it took for them to deposit my money.lol

Another great place to take your $ out, also well lit with plenty of security cameras, easy in and out of traffic with little or no wait.

Anywhere is better than BOA and Wells Fargo. RBFCU treats me like a person owning money.not a chump they can steal from.
