RBFCU - Credit Union, San Antonio TX

Went to the driver through. Wanted to make it deposit. Line was so long, I went to the ATM. Deposit button didn't work even though I touched it several times. Then the machine kept my card. I'm not happy. I've been a member since 1988.

Great bank and institution. However, this location's drive-thru is the worst. Like others have posted there must be only 1 or 2 tellers working all the time. There are 6 lanes and the turnaround time for serving each car is the worst I have ever seen at a bank. Yet, if you drive a couple miles to the IH 35 qnd and Walzem access road location drive thru is always super fast. Makes no sense.

Horrible drive thru! Tellers clearly dont see which canister drops first. Smh. The slowest ever!

Pretty sure they only have 1 teller working the drive through at all times. They are always so slow! I stopped going inside when every teller was rude. Worst RBFCU ever

After 40 years as a member, STILL the best financial institution ever. Always fast, professional service at the best rates.

Due to poor secuirty purposes. After 10+ years of being a loyal customer. I will close all accounts with this bank.

Terrible service they had me waiting for 40 minutes in the lobby to get in a room for the conference call. But I was the only one there they had 3 rooms empty. Not sure why they'll have me waiting when you do everything with the video call.

For two weeks now the ATM machine in the outside lane is not working correctly. Have reported to the drive through tellers. They act inconvenienced when having to assist you. I wouldn't need to drive through if the machine worked.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! I was promised it take only a min to recieve my cashiers check over and over. 30 min later still havnt received my money. NEVER AGAIN!

Been using this bank for quite a while now, usually I never had any trouble with RBFCU. Yes, sometime there is a wait during rush hours and sometime you do have to be there for an hour or so to deposit, but I do trust them to take care of me and my money. Overall the location is always clean and the staff is majority of the time is super helpful and friendly.

Withdraw cash from their ATM, then try and change denominations.accused me of federal money laundering. Had ATM receipt from transaction! Understand the federal regulation, but the customer service and refusal of service delivery was awful.

Never had a bad experience at this location. Employees are friendly, ready to help you, and professional. Would recommend to anyone if this location is close to/convenient for them.

I like the bank, but this location is the worst. Longest lines ever, inside and out. Tired of waiting in drive-through for an hour!

Worst bank ever. They claim they will help you with a car loan, they waste your time by making you going to the bank sitting in an empty room and waiting for somebody in a computer screen to be denied. I went to Bank of America and got the car loan in 35 minutes.
Also, they should get rid of those old school ATM machines and get onboard of the 21 Century. Wait over 30 minutes in the drive-thru to deposit a check is ridiculous. Get new ATM where you can make cash and check deposits.
I closed my account at RBFCU and got a do-it-all bank account at Bank of America.
