They charge fees even if it first time mistake. They charged overdraft 4 the same day. Being doing doing business with RBFCU since 2010. Tellers are very rude. Management is not active doesn't engage with issues clients are having.

This location has terrible service. They take for ever to get simple loan approved. Tellers are rude drive thru. Tellers are not getting job done.

Would have given no stars if possible. Horrible bank, customer service is ignorant, and the management is there to rip you off after the bank bends you over. 4 times i had to ask for my overdraft protection to be removed, they kept saying they have done it, but kept getting overdraft fees, finally the customer service member actually said " how do i know your just lying to me? " REALLY? Then the bank over paid me and when they tried to correct THEIR error and take it back, since it all wasn't there, they put my acct NEGATIVE! Manager said well nothing can be done, we already gave you 2 payments instead of 1, which he admits they are at fault, but theres ABSOLUTELY nothing that can be done, regardless that it was their fault. He said it's my fault for not paying close enough attention to my account? , funny i thought it was the banks responsibility to manage and account our money. This place just looks for shady ways to take your money, STAY AWAY! TRY USAA OR UNITED HERITAGE FEDERAL CREDIT UNION, ANYWHERE BUT RBFCU!

Worst cutomer service ever overdrawing customers. We had over 10 years of loyaly. MANANGER yes mananger yelled at him but also blamamed him

Love RBFCU it's convenient to where I live and fast, and if course with alot of other perks as being a member that they offer.

I just recently started baking here at Randolph Brooks because I have some family members and friends that have banking there for a while and they Rave about it so I decided to do the same thing. They are very nice there and give excellent customer service and do not treat one different from the other from what I have seen. I would strongly recommend this to anybody and everybody. I think that this is the best thing you can bank at in the city of Kyle because of many reasons and a few of them being excellent customer service, lower fees, and much more so if you are not a customer here checking it out for yourself!

Awesome bank and the branch itself is really great and also the ones around the area, I've never had a bad experience any of their branches but their call center in San Antonio in my opinion definitely needs better customer service to match the brances.
