RBFCU - UTSA, San Antonio TX

After experiencing a great deal of frustrations at another branch trying to get a service completed, I decided to simply try another branch. At the UTSA location, the branch manager Ramon was absolutely fantastic. He was very polite and completed the service the other branch said they could not perform.

I called to ask a question and was on hold for what seem like forever. After waiting on the phone for 25 minutes I finally hung up. I guess they feel phone calls aren't important to them.

Thank God I bank at USAA. They answer most of their calls in 5 minutes or less.

Went to the drive-up teller to do a withdrawal. No lines, quick and easy, also tge teller was very nice.

I have am account with RBFCU, this particular location was very helpful. I get my check 2 days sooner. I've had an account with them since 2017. Great service.

They se slick they will try ti pull money out in your account without you knowing horrible bank.just saw the reply by the way no it's not fees! Thieves

RBFCU rep Brianna helped me solve a problem with my apartment complex that had been a back and forth for over a month. I will be forever grateful for her. Best customer service I’ve had in a while.

Advertised shared banking with BCU, but they don't actually do it. Waste of time. If you don't have an actual account, don't come here.

Be prepared to wait 30+ minutes anytime you use the drive thru. Pretty sure they only have one person working at any given time and always takes forever.

I’ve been banking with RBFCU for quite a few months after trying all the big banks I found comfort and excellent service at RBFCU the process of opening my account was seemless and the individual helping me was amazing keeping conversation and explaining all the advantages to the bank while remaining bias and not feeling any pressure to apply for the bank credit card but rather explaining it’s benefit and offering me the option to giving me advice on credit cards in general. Now I won’t say that I haven’t had my moments that I get a rude teller but every visit can’t be seemless and people have bad days but I have had so many more good experiences that I continue to bank with them and always get welcomed with a smile and asked how my day is. Their is a few things I feel the bank lacks from the bigger banks but it is nothing I can not argue with and the best benefit to me is how fast my funds are avalible upon depositing a check.
