These guys are trash! It's just one money grab after the next these days. They try to get you every way they can. Better off going with any other bank!
I have been with RBFCU for 10 years and this is the last one. I have their cash-back MasterCard, which they rolled out the new version of it called the World Card. It will NOT show my payments in the available balance and it won't show a rolling balance, so there's no way to know if your total is correct (which is alarming since their "available balance" is incorrect). Plus, the old card used to let you dump your cash back into your checking. This new version ONLY lets you put it on their card (as in the card that won't show you if it really applied the payment to the balance or not). I used their chat last Saturday about this problem and was told a supervisor would contact me Monday. Nope, didn't happen. I contact chat again on Monday and on Tuesday. A supervisor finally emailed me on Tuesday. I replied with further concerns and have not heard back from her since. It's Saturday.
There were a few hiccups when I first opened my personal checking, but RBFCU resolved matters very quickly. Customer service has also been excellent so far and I am loving the great interest rates. I hope to be a long time customer!
All of the Staff Members treat me with respect and are Customer friendly as well as Professional. I'm a proud RBFCU member! I love my Credit Union!
Most of the people are unprofessional. Super slow worker. Every one customer they take break. Wow. Manager need to focus.
My family and I have banked with RBFCU since 1994. We have our house loans, car loans, business loans, EVERYTHING with them because we've always received stellar, professional, and courteous service. I guess I had high expectations but I was very disappointed in the service I received when I went in to handle my recently deceased father's finances. This is my first time dealing with something this great and I felt that RBFCU provided no guidance or next steps to take as it pretains to this portion of the process. We started receiving checks to the estate and didn't know we needed to set up an estate account which is what initially caused the visit. Unbeknownst to me, this visit would start a chain of reactions taken by RBFCU that my mom nor I were prepped for that have caused a lot of stress and "backing into the answer" scenarios. Although we understand they have to take the correct legal steps, the tellar nor the supervisor provided us information, guidance or even a "head's up" as to what to expect. I'm sure deaths and this sort of thing happens everyday so I would think these scenarios come up a lot. We just felt like we've been left out in the cold after so many years of a positive relationship.
However, their customer service number is great and the people are so helpful!
This is the most crooked bank I have ever dealt with! The charged me transaction fees for being negative when when I set up my account I made sure to put it as not aloud to go negative at all. Once talking to the manager at this location pretty much got told oh well we can't do anything even though it was their fault for setting up the account wrong. This place is a joke of a bank they steel from their members!
Can't even accommodate 8k in 100s even when scheduling and requesting it three days in advance. ️

It was a simple deposit at the drive thru, but teller #589 was do helpful and cheerful. First I forgot to bring a pen, she gave me one.
After completing the transaction, I had some questions having nothing to do with my transaction.
We used this location when we lived nearby. Now we live in Manor. When I'm in town, I bank here.
My experiences have been prompt greetings with diligent banking service. Plus the employees at this location are friendly…. Plus there’s a Whataburger close by!
Requested a cash withdrawal, and Tim, he only gave me 2k and said I need a to put in a request, and I will receive a call when it's ready, they never called, it's been three days. Not the first issue I had at this location
