RBFCU - New Braunfels

Cayla was warm and welcoming after I was treated poorly by one of your bankers at the counter who choose not to be kind when asked a simple question. I don’t understand rude customer service by any employee. That is the first priority of your employment. However Cayla saved the day with basic human decency and exceptional customer service. Thank you. I have been with Randolph brooks since I was 17 years old because of your standards for excellence customer service. Today I was disappointed greatly. However I wanted to give your store 5 stars because of people like Cayla. She is the reason I come back.

Needed to send a wire for closing on land purchase. Tried several times and the representative took care of it. Or so I thought. The next morning, money didn't go and I wasn't notified. I had to go pull a cashiers check and FedEx it because of their screw-up. Not the first time I've had problems here.

This branch continues to disappoint. I have been a member for over 14 years and this branch manager cares nothing for the customer experience. They let pending transactions linger, look for ways to charge extra fees and dismissed me when I brought fraudulent activity to their attention. Which proved to be true.
The smug attitude seems to start with the branch manager and trickles down.

It's my friend's bank but she assures me it's a great financial institution. She has been with them for years. I know the people here were friendly and courteous and we were in and out in no time at all. If I lived in this area I would consider this location as my banking institution!

They stole 72$ from me and I begged for a third of the money back and they just laughed. I cannot fathom a more evil company.

Poor customer service. My debit card is denied every time I try to use it.even after getting a new one. The bank says there's no record of me attempting to use it. This has been going on for several months now. Consequently, I've been relegated to having to use my RBFCU credit card for purchases. When I call the 800 # for customer service for help with the matter, no one is available and I get disconnected. Awful.just awful.

I like that everyone gets the same amount of friendly attention here. They take the time to inform you on all the ways they can help and do it quickly without rushing.

Best banking I have ever had, great deals on car loans, mortgage, personal loans, plus there always so kind, friendly with my PTSD service doggie

You call and system hangs up on you when it tells you to wait on hold and someone will be with you.

We love rbfcu very nice staff always get good help on phone and on app with chat available we never have had a bad experience. Merry Christmas new braunfels.
