RBFCU - Credit Union reviews
21With this pandemic, it is understandable that they take precautions but to what extreme? I am currently in the drive through lanes and have been for the past hour, all the while this poor man has been standing in line between cars to get service. This bank is very slow even before the pandemic and the security guard was no help at all. I needed to ask if money orders were now being processed through the drive through as before they would not. He watched me stand at the door and did not say a word to me but instead turned his face until one of the ladies came to the door to answer my question. I am not a happy member at the moment!
The worst bank I’ve ever had. They don’t help customers. It’s really easy to get an account. But once your a member they won’t help you with any issue. I’ve pleaded with them even cried for them to help me with my account cause of this whole COVID 19 thing and they didn’t even care about me. IBC bank help out a lot more then these guys did.
Please don’t ever use this bank if you are a struggling adult.
It's a great place, the employees are very helpful and have no problem depositing my money and very clean
I'm not a member but I do cash checks there from a current member. Each time i have gone to this branch I've been treated really well. Policy is always explained to me which means the clerks are very informative.
I’m glad I don’t live on this side of town. I’ve been sitting in drive thru well over 30 min and still waiting. I can’t leave the line BC I’m barricaded in. This branch needs to hire more employees to handle their drive thru service. Thankfully, I never have to wait this long near my home. I’ll never come to this branch again!
Best bank I've been associated with. Professional, kind, and thoughtful of your personal situation. I been with Randolph for over 10 years. Most of the time it's a very pleasant experience
This bank is stealing my money, I always check my available balance before to do any transaction and I check my pending transaction and suddenly disappear 10 or 7 dollars without any excuse, and they told me something is wrong with the app, but I'm pretty sure how much money o had
Was planning on running in and out for a money order as quick as possible but wasnt possible as I was assisted by teller "ch/kristina" she told me to wait so she can finish texting whoever she was texting on her smart watch then proceeded to help me as she went to get the money order she continued on her watch to the back and had me wait a couple of minutes for her then she returned to the front I felt as if I was not a priority a very bad member experience
Been with RBFCU for over 7 years and never had an issue until today. I called in advance to verify if they would be able to cash my check and was told yes. Drove to this location deposited my check and was told that they can only give me partial of my check and the remaining funds of $7,000 will be on hold until next week!
The absolute slowest Randolph Brooks I've ever been. Wouldn't even have stopped here if I knew better
This females take there sweet time. Line is always long. And they only have 2 or 3 people working. Hello y’all are a bank y’all have money hire more people so they line can go fast!
So dam slow here they take forever espcially in the drive thru ima jus stick w/ going to the goliad one much faster further yes but faster
THIS BANK TAKES 30+ minutes to help you! The minimum I normally wait here is 38mins exactly never any less then 30. It’s ridiculous, this bank also has more drive thru lanes then most around San Antonio and they all perform faster service then this larger one. THE STAFF ARE RUDE & won’t give you a chance to talk while on camera. They will cut you off before you finish.and if you choose to park and get off.that’s even worse. ️ Just save your time and patience.
Super slow bank when coming to this bank always expect to wait at least 20 to 30 min in line.this bank is closer to me but much rather drive to goliad rd for faster service
I Would give it 5 stars, but in my many years of banking there is no hustle. Slowest bank iv been to in my life. No matter what time or what day. The tellers drag when doing any task. It takes forever to do anything. Make sure you plan to stay a good 30 min before being helped.
The worst, they to talk to much instead of trying to move faster, switching back to wells fargo
RN @ DRIVE THRU N AGAIN TOO MUCH CARS N PROBABLY 1 TELLER SERVING ALL 5 LANES. U GUYS NEED MORE TELLERS
Great customer service but I just wish sometimes they'd move a little faster. Great employees though! Love the staff!
As I waited for a pen and deposit slip I watched cars that came after me go thru the drive thru like clock work. I don't understand this?
Update. After waiting for about 20 minutes I decided to buzz the teller again, this was my 3rd time, she said "I never sent the container, " I told her "I sent it when I asked for the pen, " the container was stuck in the shoot. Okay.well I personally after seeing a customer sit for over 20 minutes with cars lined up behind them, I would have said something to the customer.that's just good customer service for all involved. My transaction was finally made, but never an apology from this young lady, she lacks customer service skills and needs more training.
The bank tellers are slow and all they need to do it type in number and input money. Its not rocket science, children can do a fast job then them. Go to a different bank.
