Always had a decent experience getting crochet braids. Had horrible experience getting them taken out, as the stylist took out A LOT of my own hair due to extreme tangling (stylist admitted she didn't take proper steps to detangle). This also added more than an hour to my service.
Salon seems to be decent at doing braids, but stylists are very inexperienced when it comes to basic styles like blow outs, silk wraps and flat irons. I had decent experiences with one stylist and basic styles 2 years ago, but have not since that one stylist left. Stylists did not listen to my specific instructions and I left the last 3 times extremely unhappy and still left with a high bill.

The atmosphere was very pleasant. I can’t wait to go back to get my hair done.

Got a silk press from Juliette. She is so gentle and kind. She really took her time. She gave me 100% of her attention which I appreciate. Her quality is amazing. Also I was a walk-in! So nice to go to a salon again… I loved the atmosphere.

I had a silk press done and my hair became poofy within an hour. I spent over a hundred dollars and I called several times and didn’t leave a message to protect her reputation and try talk to her privately. The stylist was very kind and I looked forward to working w/ her in the future but the owner refused to correct the hairstyle. Very sad b/c I support black owned businesses but NOT this one.

I got a classic sew in by Schatzi. She did an amazing job. I don't get my hair done often, so I was really nervous. But she definitely put my nerves at ease with her friendliness. She did it pretty quick, too. The shop itself is so cute, cozy, clean, and well decorated. I went in the morning and it was very calm. All the ladies were very nice. I'd highly recommend it, and I'll definitely be returning!
