RC Hobby Shop, Houston TX

I went hear and i explained what i wanted and was not satisfied. I asked for parts and they gave me the wrong thing and didint get a refund. Not a good shop!

These people are quick to try to make a sell to take your money. No type of communication to the customers. Had me drive 1 hour to the north side store to find it closed during business hours. Decided to drive to the south side store only to find out the north side store was closed permanently. Also pre ordered a trx4mHT never received a call saying it has arrived. They do not answer the phones and drove to the store only to find it also closed during business hours also. They do not provide any updates on their social medias. I wish they were as quick to tell me what’s going on as they were to send me an invoice. Just disappointed in the lack of communication to the customers on why they are closed.

I DROVE A HOUR AND WAS NOT DISAPPOINTED! BIG SHOUT OUT TO MATT HE IS NEXT LEVEL WHEN IT COMES TO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND KNOW HIS PRODUCTS CRAZY SELECTION BEST IN TEXAS! I BROUGHT MY SLEDGE IN IT WAS FIX INA MATTER OF MINUTES ALONG WITH SOME UPGRADES

Best Rc store not gonna lie i always wanted a traxxas rc ever since I watched Dude perfect rc car videos and what got me to go to this store is by watching "Rc hobby shop" YouTube channel
I also bought a traxxax '35 hot rod that car goes super fast people give me a lot of looks saying that the car is cool and were did i buy it so i give the store more customers!

People there are very helpful in showing you the difference between the RC vehicles there and have the parts you need to fix your vehicle.

Great hobby shop for rc airplanes and cars. They stock many accessories, parts and field accessories for both. If they don't have the prop I need they'll order it and call when it comes in. If you are looking for glow fuel they have that too.

Awesome Place extremely knowledgeable and how they show you how to do everything with the rc car and i would definitely do business with them again and great customer service

Great selection.part prices are high but it is a Traxxas dealer. Woulda got 5 stars if they had some kind of track. In door, out door, Test track, or something. Even if it was for minis.

Fantastic Traxxas based hobby shop. Very well stocked and friendly knowledgeable helpful staff.
