Staff was very nice! Office was so clean. Dr. Runey, Emilia was extremely helpful, she took the time to explain everything and answered all my questions with additional answers. She was so nice!

Dr. Runey was so nice and efficient. I've been wearing glasses and contacts for years and after her leaving her office seriously felt like she nailed my prescription. I can see clearer than ever. Awesome visit.

Recommend coming to this location. Staff was very helpful and professional. Considering the times we live in currently with Covid, the experience was stress free and clean. Guidelines were followed.

I came into RCP for an appointment as I haven’t gotten any new correctional lenses in almost 3 years, filled out the insurance and information sheets and was almost immediately examined. Dr. Runey and her staff provided me with great care! I got my prescription and was out of the door within the hour.

I've been seen here for a few years now and I'm very disappointed with the customer service I received from the staff. No one made an attempt to help or ask how they could help, not even a hello. I get it you're busy but as a representative of a company you should try to make an effort to make clients comfortable or welcomed. Nevertheless I canceled my appointment and went elsewhere.

Wow! Dr. Victoria Chu is by far, absolutely the most comprehensive and courteous optometrist I have visited. She is calm, patient, gentle and caring. Her equipment is state of the art, very fancy and accurate. The office, waiting room and exam room were immaculately clean. The receptionist was thorough but stern, which is a plus to keep the waiting room aligned. I'm extremely excited I found Dr. Chu, an extraordinary human.

I came into RCP and didn't realize that it was almost closing time as I had misread the hours. I didn't have an appointment and they had already started the last exam of the day. They offered an appointment for the day but I explained that this was an emergency because I had lost my glasses and needed contacts quickly as I had work in the wee hours the next morning, I am night blind and also not allowed to legally drive without contacts or glasses. They immediately fit me in, and never once made me feel rushed. I apologized profusely for keeping them late and they never once let me feel like I was a bother. The Dr took her time to make sure I could see and that my contacts fit properly. The staff was AMAZING! The BEST experience I have ever had with an eye exam and fitting! I can't possibly thank them enough for their patience and understanding with my situation. They saved me!
