REAL STAR was an excellent company to rent from. Any time I had a repair that needed done they sent out the beat people to fix it. I was able to rent a nice, clean and safe home from them. The staff was always responsive, courteous and professional. It was a great experience.

The employees here are so helpful and pleasant. I made an excellent choice renting through them.

Terrible rental company who charges you double and does not give you your money back! They DO NOT care about their customers or military veterans. Their online system charged us double twice, which made it financially difficult for two months for our family. I will never trust this company and we are looking to get out of our contract as soon as possible.

I generally prefer to do my home rental direct from the owner, as I have done my whole life. Initially I was worried that I would be yet another horror story of having a bad experience with a company. However this has not been the case with Realstar. They have been great, any time I have had an issue, the scheduling system has been super easy to use and the technician has always been very professional. Great experience, I've been with Realstar for 4 months now, zero complaints!

Rented from Realstar from 2019 to 2022. Had a great experience. They had a timely response to my work orders, locked in my rent rate for two years, and had friendly customer service representatives. I would recommend them to others.

We rented with Real Star for 4 years. Overall we had a good experience and service with all the staff. Maintenance requests were addressed in a timely manner & making payments was easy. I only wish they didn't require soo much to get our deposit back. We did get ours back, but we did a lot of work and had to pay for professional house cleaning & pest control before we moved out. This made it a stressful and expensive move.

I have been renting from this company for several years now. With all the challenges that renters are facing during these unpredictable times, having a property manger that is on your side is a plus! Issac the owner/broker addressed all my questions and concerns in a timely manner. He even went above and beyond to help me dispute charges I feel I did not owe. We really enjoyed renting from Real Star. They were prompt in responding to our needs while living at the property. Our experience dealing with another rental company prior to renting from Real Star was not the great so renting from Real Star was a refresher for us. I highly recommend this company. I would highly recommend this company! Had them for two years and was never disappointed! Very speedy with maintenance request as well! Would use them again if I ever moved back to central Texas!

Our time with Real Star Property Management was a pleasant one. We stayed in their rental property for 4 yrs. They were really prompt with maintenance requests and were understanding when we were handling the uncertain transition of purchasing our own home as this was around the same time we were due to renew or move. I don’t know if it matters to most but it could just be me as the rentee and my respect for handling property that’s not mine but I feel Real Star makes sure that the owner’s property is taken care of during the rentee’s stay. Real Star would have scheduled walkthrough’s of the property every couple of months. I do not recall this process being apart of the contract (I’m from out of state and typically organizations do walkthroughs during a persons stay when government assistance funds are involved which we were not involved with), it was very weird but if I was the owner of said property, I could appreciate it as I would want to know my home is being taken care of. We were also able to get our deposit back in a timely manner. If/ when we ever decide to rent out our property, we will definitely use them.

They have a friendly staff. They do repairs in a timely manner. I would definitely rent from them again.

For those who rely on your spouses' income and less than perfect credit scores. I highly recommend Real Star Property Management to rent. I love that they work on case by case basis concerning your financial and credit situation. They were able to help my family with a decent house to live and fits within our budget.
