Jennifer manages our office condos and does a great job for our owners and tenants. She is quick to respond, easy to talk to, and provides knowledgeable assistance and feedback when needed. I'm glad she has our back.

I am a new homeowner who recently joined our neighborhood HOA, and have enjoyed every interaction with RealManage. SaraMarie in particular is incredibly well-informed, is an excellent communicator, and goes above and beyond to ensure that our neighborhood is taken care of. With SaraMarie as our manager, not only do I feel capable in my role on the Board, but I also feel motivated and supported to go above and beyond for my community also. A heartfelt thank you to you and your entire team for all of your continued efforts.

Hi,
Just wanted to give notice to the prompt response I received from Cindy Neale, our property mgr here in Austin. I was expecting this to be a nitemare to get the info I needed, as it pertained to a property fire which occurred in 2016! Also, we had a different property mgr @ that time. To my surprise, Cindy returned my call in a timely manner, and the issue is being resolved with my insurance co.as we speak. It is refreshing not to have to call over and over without a response -I really appreciate the excellent service provided and look forward to more of that in the future.thanks again!

Specifically would like to acknowledge our local contact, Ms. Sullivan. During the 2021 Winter Storm Uri, Ms. Sullivan contacted me promptly once she became aware the pipes burst in my Unit. She helped me identity the water meter and valve for my unit so I was able to shut it off. She was kind, empathetic, and made herself available for any of my questions or concerns. I appreciated her humanity and going above and beyond to ensure my family and I were safe during a very difficult period.

Once again Sarah Marie goes above and beyond.

I had an issue that needed a quick remedy, settling in for what I thought would be a for sure nightmare, was handled professionally, responsive, and correctly.

This isn’t the first time that Sarah Marie has exceeded my expectations, so I shouldn’t be surprised. Thanks again for your tremendous help!

I just wanted to give a Giant shout out to Spring Sullivan, the property manager for the Forest Oaks HOA in Cedar Park, Texas. When it comes to who (or which company) a HOA chooses to manage their Association, it is all about the person who the residents see on a weekly basis. Spring is attentive, friendly l, professional and always works to improve the residents experience with Realmanage.

Cindy Neale is our manager and we are very pleased with her performance over the last several years. Cindy has helped us navigate a variety of difficult situations in our community. Cindy is knowledgeable, has a "can do" attitude and routinely goes above and beyond in her work with our community. Our relationship with Cindy is they key reason why we stay contracted with Real Manage. Highly recommend.

I just joined my HOA’s board last year and I have to say Cindy Neale has been great to work with! She is organized, professional, and always on our side. When issues do come up she always tries to make it right and has no problem raising our concerns with upper management at Real Manage. I don’t expect perfection. I expect good people who are going to help us and be on our side, rather than a corporate robot doing the absolute minimum required. Cindy is a good one and I am so grateful for all the hard work she does for our community.

I recently needed assistance getting pool access for lap swim in my Forest Oaks homeowner neighborhood pool. Spring, Aerica and the key programmer were so helpful, prompt, professional and courteous. I also really appreciate how responsive they were in explaining the process and procedures and answering all my questions. So glad to have such wonderful staff at RealManage handling our community services.

RealManage is responsible for the HOA in our neighborhood and they’ve been a nightmare to deal with. We’ve never been happy with them, but it’s gotten unbearable since COVID- 19. They refuse to open our pool, even though they keep taking our money every month. They are constantly having cars towed throughout our neighborhood for the smallest infractions.like a service provider is at a home and parked on the street for an hour. If I were to purchase another home in the future, I would absolutely check to see if RealManage was responsible for the HOA first.

Spring, with RealManage helped get my wife and I set up to swim laps at our neighborhood pool. Means so much to be able to feel safe and yet start swimming again! Thanks Spring!

I had to file a request with my HOA architectural committee and Aerica Jackson was very helpful in guiding me through the process. The COVID outbreak caused a lot of delays, but Ms. Jackson was understanding and worked with me to get an approval.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation to the team at Real Manage (Austin) for their commitment to our community during the past several months during this national pandemic. These are very unprecedented times. The Covid-19 update emails from the executive team were very informative. The common areas continued to be serviced by the maintenance crew. I’d like to give a special shout out to our Property Manager, Spring Sullivan. Although she was not able to be on site, it did not interfere with her ability to respond to any question I have had of recent in a timely fashion. I find Spring to be professional, with a personal flair. She is very knowledgeable of the community and their concerns. It is my belief that she is an asset to Real Manage. I look forward to seeing her on property soon.

I never like airing out my dirty laundry and only use it as a last resort. I’m at the last resort.

March 5,2020: I submitted an “Architectural Improvement Request” for solar panels to be installed on my roof.

March 6: “We have submitted the application for ACC review! ” -Aerica Jackson

March 6: “We have received your Solar Panels project request. It has been forwarded on to the Glen Ellyn Residential Architectural Committee for review. You should receive an email notification within 30 days with the approval or declined letter attached. ” -ACC Committee

April 1: “Hi Aerica, I wanted to check in to see if this application had been approved? ” -Solar Customer Acct Manager

April 2: “Good afternoon Brice, The application is still under review. We will sent the approval to Mr. Grierson once received! ” -Aerica

Mid April: Called Resident Support Line (RSP) for a status. Response: it takes up to 60 days for board to vote.

May 4: Called RSP for status. Was told it hasn’t been voted on yet. I requested to be put in touch with something that knows the status. Was told they have 3 biz days to respond to me.

May 12: Called RSP to follow up since no once got back to me after 8 days. Allowed me to directly leave a VM with whoever from the Community Management Team.

May 13 (today) : No one knows the status, why the board hasn’t voted on it, or why no one is responding to emails, calls, or voicemails. They attempted to give me the wait 3 business days run around, but I refused. RSP representative started from the bottom and called Aerica Jackson (Assist. Community Association Manager) and went all the way up to Rolando Coronado (Real Manage Div President North/South Texas). No one picked-up.

I’ve emailed, called, left voicemails, and filed a complaint that probably goes no where. My frustration doesn’t lie in how long it takes to get approved or that COVID might’ve caused a delay in approving or denying. My frustration comes from the simple fact that they refuse to communicate to state what’s going on. Do I need to resubmit? Did it get lost? Has the board delayed all requests until they can figure out how to convene and vote virtually? Do I leave my garage cans out for 2 days or let my grass grow too long to get some contact?

Does anybody know who I can contact to assist?

Today: Update from the Real Manage FB messenger Rep (yes have to resort to facebook to get any traction) :

“Just a quick update, Rolando Coronado, Division President, just let me know that he received the message and that he received my message and that he is reviewing the information. He is also looking into the missed call from Resident Services as he didn't show any messages from earlier today. We apologize for any additional frustration this has caused and I hope that it's resolved quickly. ”

Have been working with Stacey Pye for over a year at Three Creeks in Belton. Always pleasure to work with her. She is completely knowledgeable of all aspects of the community, and is timely with any inquiries and works hard to solve any issues that arise in the community.
She is a true professional and values in the community!

Had a payment problem due to being an out of state owner.
Got it touch with Stacey Pye - Stacey took personal interest
in my problem, went to bat for me and had the problem resolved
in the same day. Great to have someone who still believes in
customer service.

My HOA has been working with Cindy Neale of RealManage the last 2 years. She has been excellent to work with. She is always prepared for our meetings and runs our meetings efficiently. She keeps people on track and is excellent in handling challenging personalities. She is responsive to demanding requests and does so in an appropriate and respectful manner. She has no fear. She responds quickly to questions. It is wonderful to have a Manager who is willing to provide guidance and who is willing to take on difficult issues. Cindy is such a pleasure to work. Keep up the good work!
