6This is a very cool shop. Ben, the owner is very welcoming and knows his stuff. I brought my kid in to get his first skateboard and Ben was very helpful. He made sure my kid was getting the right setup for what he was doing and put it together for us. Great experience! Please don’t order online. Go out and SUPPORT YOUR LOCAL SKATE SHOPS!
Ben always has a good selection of skate stuff. He doesn't sell a lot of clothing or shoes but as far as skateboards go he's got you dialed in. The Rec shop is the best. Its one of the only skateboard shops in Dallas thats left. He's also got a good repertoire of spray paint, rec shop stickers and t-shirts
Stopped in for some trucks and bearings for my long board they had just what I needed

Great place to buy graff stuff went there with no problems in and out love the customer service too they were really nice liked to talk to you about the store and stuff just wish there was a store like this in Arlington drove 49 minutes to buy paint awesome paint by the way but it sucked driving that far for paint but it was worth it
