You know, they take your money before you sign and agree to a contract, and if you don't agree with their contract, and I didn't, they keep your money.found Kingwood Elite, very nice place and locally owned. The Kingwood storage facility is large, clean, and well maintained. Most importantly, the driveways are wide enough that I can easily back my 40ft camper into its covered spot.

Top Tier business! Been using their facility for almost 4 years and they do a great job of maintaining the property and providing communication to their tenants when issues arise or changes are taking place. Highly recommend if you are looking for a secure easy access facility to store your toys or personal items.
