Whether you’re first in line (be outside by 6: 30am or earlier) or arrive midday you will wait.
They didn’t open on time (opened doors at 7: 03) and didn’t take first client back until 7: 30.

Very bad customer service. Long wait for drug test. Most of the time employees just talking and not paying attention to people coming in and waiting outside. Make errors on paperwork as well. It’s very important to make copies of every visit for they do not know how to handle a lot of work with people coming in and checking them in. People coming in when parking lot is mostly empty and still waiting for about 2 hours long. Don’t see how line does not speed up even when like 7 cars outside only. Definitely a supervisor from this company needs to start Checking on this employees. People actually work and it’s not convenient waiting this long. Very bad customer service.

I worked here for 7 months I resigned after I was denied my Raise in pay. Since then the place fell apart overnight. I was the best worker there I always got compliments on how professional and fast I am. Management is the worst I'm sorry everyone has to deal with it, it is unfair and cruel. There is a GOD he will Take Care of us.

I have been here since 10 a.m it is now 3 pm and I have barely been called to pay but havent test yet! Plus the person said my test wasn’t on file when it is.

The city needs to be more professional with their services if they are mandating people to come here. Coming in and waiting 2-5 hours to get a damn drug test is ridiculous and the fact that just because people HAVE to come here does not mean we all have time to waste. Were all human beings and nobody should have to sit up and wait this damn long and not have a plan within their own day to take care of things were trying to take care of the RIGHT way. If stuffing's the problem get more staff, if pay is the problem pay more this way you can retain a staff…but having everybody come in and be at the mercy of this damn place is INHUMANE and disrespectful!

0 stars! They take to long after 2 hrs (3hrs total) of waiting they said they didnt have my paperwork had to call my po to verify, he had already sent it.they just didnt look! I had to have my po talk to them on my phone cause they dont even answer the phones!
Then i ask for manager the guy that did my hair test straight up said they dont have one, he's technically the acting manager cause he's been there the longest and they have a high turn over rate! Thats no excuse for constant ridiculousness.it was not the 1st time they messed up they did the same thing the 1st couple times ive been there i just finally decided to review and ask for management.now i see why they are so horrible go elsewhere if u can!

Staff is super rude and I waited 2 hours and they let me in last minute, but I couldn’t go so they told me to leave even when I had two tries left. BE PREPARED TO HAVE A GALLOON OF WATER, SO YOU GO ON THE FIRST TRY. BECAUSE THEY HAVE NO WATER FOUNTAINS.

I wish I could give no stars. Been here waiting since they’ve opened got skipped more then once so far and I really need to use the facilities. This is unhealthy and just plain wrong to treat people this way. Needs new management or better supervisor on duty. Just because most of us are on probation or out of prison doesn’t mean we should be treated any less then a human

Horrible service. Very understaffed. The staff that does work there let's the line just wait. Very cruel and unhealthy to do that to people

I tried to apply for a job, but after entering all my information, the "next" button stays grayed out! I can't even apply!

Employees aren't bad but never in a hurry. Just too few and far too small a place to accommodate everyones needs. The process is horrible but since it's mandatory and people will still wait 2-3 hours or more sometimes I doubt anything will change.

I was literally in and out within 10 minutes I checked in on the Kios and then they called me up to make the UA payment and proceeded to walked me to the back cuz I was ready and then I was done! But I noticed there is much more men than woman so maybe that’s why they were quick! But I like it there

These employees are very unprofessional and have everyone waiting around the whole business. They should be able to get these people in and out. Some people actually have jobs and are not able to sit here all day long because the employees can’t get their job down on a timely matter. We have spoken to some people that have been here for 3-4 hours waiting.
