Great food and great service! I LOVE this place. They can get pretty busy, so online ordering is an option.

I know in the past I had issues with their online ordering system, so I just come in person to avoid any issues.

Favorite Chinese place in town!

I work for a law firm and was appalled to learn about the various illegal activities being carried out here. From the hiring of illegal immigrants, selling drugs out of the always open back door, and undeservedly reprimanding the employees that are legally allowed to work there, it will be a win for our city to finally have this place shut down permanently. El Paso is a beautiful place, and we do not need establishments like this who blatantly skirt the law because they never bothered to learn the legalities of this country.

First & last time here! We ordered the family meal deal got General Tso’s and Sweet & Sour chicken and both plates were dry, full of nerve, and just unappetizing; chicken fried rice was tasteless to say the least. For drinks we got two waters, one red wine and one white wine - tasted like box wine, which we’re not complaining about, for three dollars we knew what we were getting. 15 minutes in, maybe four bites later, we decided we couldn’t keep pretending the food was good so we asked the waitress if we could send the meal back and get the check and just pay for what we ate, which was NOT even 1/4th of the plate. Waitress was super sweet & apologetic but when she came back she said the boss had refused to discount any items from our check. This upset both my partner and I because again the plates were basically full. Compliments go out to the server during this visit, she remained attentive and sweet overall - the boss on the other hand, was clearly upset at us.

The restaurant has a very simple setup, but the food is delicious, the portions are big, and the prices are really affordable. We had the family special for $19.99 plus drinks. But even drinks are $1 cheaper than any other comparable restaurant!

The atmosphere wasn't bad but the service and the food left alot to be desired. Orange chicken was sub par and the soda I received was in a can. (No Ice.) The orange chicken was unbelievably sweet and was crunchy enough to cut the roof of your mouth. The Chinese buffet up the road by JC Penny's has better quality and service. If someone tells you that The Red Lantern is the greatest asian food in all of El paso, they're full of it and are telling the biggest lie since Jefferey Epstein "Killing, " Himself.

Tried based on a recommendation… unfortunately I won’t be back. Food was bland and even though I ordered and paid extra for vegetables on my entree and side - I had none super disappointing

We made an order online for a company like at 11am we called around 12pm seemed that it was taking long and the person who answered the phone was very rude said they never got a notification but he didnt even offer to take our order again or apologize for it.

I placed an ordered online and it was ready in 10 minutes! My order was packed nicely and food was made fresh and has big portions! I ordered general tso's chicken and crispy tofu with spicy bbq sauce. Will definitely order again!

This is the second time ordering food from this place and never again will we. We placed a fairly large order and only two items weren’t complete trash.

1 order of orange chicken
1 order of dumplings steamed
1 order of Singapore noodles
1 order of crab Rangoons
1 order of fried rice
Order of white rice

Singapore noodles (which consisted of chicken and shrimp) absolutely over done and dry. The taste wasn’t even there, all I could taste was chili oil.

Crab Rangoons- didn’t even have a single one because they were fried for too long, we’re burnt with not even any cream cheese in them.

Orange chicken- dry, no sauce and chicken didn’t even have ANY texture but mush.

White Rice- I didn’t even know you could mess this up was dry. So dry and even soy sauce couldn’t help it.

We will never go here again. Truly a waste of almost $60.

I like coming to this place. It's very casual and the atmosphere is great. You can't beat the price and the food portions are very well served. You can take a family of 7 people for under $100 dollars.

Great Chinese food, the lunch specials are full of potions and the price is even better, take a friend to eat the special less than $15 incredible and very good fast service.

My reception when picking up was transactional and not warm at all. No smile or greeting.
I loved the pancake appetizer. Then, It went downhill from there with my takeout order.
The sweet and spicy sauce was way too sweet for mom and myself, was like candy, and could not use. The rice was undercooked and seemed not fresh. Not sure if they prepare days ahead? The fried fish was not golden brown, maybe needed two more minutes of browning.
I am sampling for a big catering gig I wanted to hire them for.
During the pandemic, the food was great. Sampling something different today and will come back with how today's order turns out. Maybe it was a Friday night rush.

Went back, and food was much better. So gave the stars back. Instead of takeaway, we ate there and place needs a deep clean.

Hidden gem it one of the best Chinese restaurants I’ve been to.

Lately, always a problem ordering for pick up, they seem to keep hiring rude people that don't know what customer service and a friendly attitude is, feel sorry for the owners, as the food is really good.

Came for lunch! The lunch special is just the right amount of food served quickly for a sit down experience, and the prices are very good! The cuisine is wonderful. We had the seseme seed chicken and the sweet and sour pork, and both dishes were flaverful and delicious! The crab rangoon is also worth it! Crunchy and delightful.

The employees from that restaurant are so rude and disrespectful they have no manners and the food is not all that

Very good food and price is decent. Waiter had family out friend there because we where only asked once in 30 minutes if we needed anything but food is awesome.

The prices are fantastic, especially for their lunch specials. You get a lot of food for the price. Crab Rangoon is always delicious. My favorite dish is the sesame chicken.
