I was crying this morning literally because my carpet was driving me crazy. Then Caleb with his winning smile and charming personality answered his phone. I told him I knew it was last minute, but he came as promised and did an amazing job. I was going to move because this light colored carpet was beyond help. Did I say I have a puppy, a toddler and teen living here. I have placed Caleb on my payroll! I am very satisfied with the job. Caleb is outgoing, professional, and efficient. My carpet, area rugs, and tile floors look and feel brand new after wear and tear from working from home, virtual school, and a senior dog. Caleb came out the day I called and provided a thorough treatment plan and estimate.

Caleb was very personable and professional. My sectional sofa had been stained with dog urine, and he came out the same day and made sure to clean it thoroughly. Highly recommend his service.

I had 6 dining chairs, an ottoman and chaise cushion that needed TLC. My male Yorkie was busy terrorizing my furniture and even though I attempted to clean the furniture, no matter what spray I used, I could still smell urine. I'm big on reviews and started to do my research. Caleb did a great job! He's conviniently located near by. Called on a Friday and he was out Monday doing the work. Very respectful, professional, knowledgeable and punctual. Definitely recommend and will use again.

Cannot say enough good things about Red Letter Steam. We got a quote within the hour on a weekday. When we called the next morning he was able to meet us at the property early afternoon to give us a better estimate. The condo I was moving into was super ancient and it had at least been 5+ years since it was professionally cleaned if ever. By the time he left, it was sparkling clean. The grout was brown when he came and white when he left. He did a very thorough job and even did all the nooks and crannies that his machine couldn't reach manually. When he came to give us an estimate we also asked if he provided power washing services and was able to add it on and clean the filthy concrete and bricks.

He was fully transparent about pricing, it was more than fair, and the estimate he gave was the price we paid. He was so informative and helpful and gave us advice about prevention and maintenance. My family has since used Red Letter Steam for their own properties and have had equally great experiences!

Red Letter Steam came out and cleaned our tile floors. Caleb was prompt, courteous and efficient. He did an amazing job getting the tile clean but more importantly the grout. It’s no longer dark and dirty…. It looks like it did when we first moved in. I highly recommend them!

Caleb provided excellent service! He was very timely, professional, and did a wonderful job on our home. Unlike other carpet cleaners, he doesn’t charge unnecessarily for sq ft he’s not actually cleaning, so his rates were very affordable. We will definitely use him again in the future

Caleb is AWESOME! Very punctual, gave us options, and went above and beyond! We have a kitten who decided to mark in a few corners of our home and we were mortified, as we have guests coming to visit.
Prices were much better than quoted by other companies as well. He even went the extra mile and left a fan for us to borrow to make sure the floors were dry before ours guests arrive. THANK YOU Caleb!
