Red Lobster, San Antonio TX

The hostess or whomever came to "assist" me mocking my name was a nice touch prior to someone else walking over to help. Since the food wasn't ready, I was told it would be brought to my car as I was at the to go parking and provided the parking number. Of course the pickup time came and went. I went back inside only to find the food ready, bagged, and sitting on a table (no notice that it was ready on Door Dash or anyone about to bring it out). Food just barely warm and sauces missing. Definitely a disappointing Ultimate Feast.

This my second visit and it was not as good as my first. I had a free appetizer so I ordered the crab cakes. I've never eaten them before but they were very soft and moist very mushy texture so I asked the server if that was normal? He said yes. Later I realized maybe they are suppose to be more like cakes. Two days later I'm still not feeling well. I'm almost sure there was egg in that batter. Go with your instincts and stick to what you know.

Was sat down at a dirty table.
The silverware was dirty.
The checkout tablet was filthy.

Red Lobster used to be my favorite restaurant. My son and I used to go there to celebrate milestones. We met yesterday and it just isn't the same. Prices are high and they "updated" the menu so much it was difficult to find just seafood. I ordered fish and chips - fish batter was good but the actual fish was bland.

Richard is a very awesome waiter with a great personality, knows the menu, has patience, nice, and we enjoyed him as our waiter. The food was delicious as always, restaurant was clean, and so were the rest rooms. I will be returning.

My husband and I had a date night and we had a fabulous time and great meals. The best part was Clinton our waiter. He was so nice ans so attentive. Clinton was the best waiter we've had anywhere. Great job Clinton! I hope you succeed in everything you do.

Could not get waited on not even a glass of water or anyone to say someone will be with you shortly got up and left after waiting 20 minute unimpressed with the experience don't plan to try this restaurant again evidently the manager was not there or didn't care what his employees were doing I wouldn't even give them a quarter of a star Just A minus

Disappointed that they no longer serve the garden salad. They only do a Ceasar salad for an additional 3.99 charge and I was told because of covid. Hmmm how can all the other restaurants have Garden salads except Red Lobster? Scratching my head on this one. It is a shame, because Red Lobster use to have an amazing garden salad. Updated score, waitress and food was awesome.

My moms scallop was still frozen, and there was a burnt chunk in her lobster potatoes. The wait staff was fairly friendly, but unfortunately won’t risk it for a frozen piece of fish.

Haven't been to a RL in years. The biscuits are amazing and the Mountain Due Margarita was delicious.

My experience at Red Lobster was not good. My filet mignon was rare, I ordered med rare. It did not taste like a $21 steak. It came with mash potatoes and a side, that was an extra amount, I ordered asparagus, they were so thin and wilted. The waiter did take it off the amount. We do not plan on returning. This use to be our regular place, not any more.

Not the best meal last night. The lobster was very dry and stringy. My wife ordered her steak cooked medium and the center to the very edges were blood red. The diners next to us had multiple issues with their order and the manager had to intervene with free drinks and desserts. Our waiter would disappear for long periods of time. I resorted to chewing on ice because my drink had long since been finished. Horrible service and food. Not at all worth the $70 we spent.

Waited well over 5 minutes to be seated just before 5pm. We were told the manager was aware and would talk to us. The manager never did. Server was ok, he could have been nicer, and more attentive and professional. The jumbo snow crab legs we got as an add on were smaller than regular snow crab legs we ordered. We appreciated the fact that the server was thoughtful enough to bring us a second add on of jumbo snow crab because the first were so small.

Very bad experience! Poor service all the way around! Took forever for everything! Also felt like the meals where overpriced for what we got! I do not recommend this location!

I like this place. Usually not too long a wait as compared to surrounding area. Free Wi-Fi, nice drink menu, and of course signature cheddar bay biscuits. I tried the raw Oysters. These were from Louisiana - first Oysters I didn't finish in my life; not recommended. I'd make sure to ask where they are from. Solid choices would be Washington state, California, or New England areas.
Otherwise, the menu is as you'd expect and they are always trying new things.

Food was great. Served on a timely manner. The staff was wonderful. The waiter answered all my questions. Will come back here again. Please read and hit like on my review's

Worse food I've ever eaten. Stuffed shrimp mushy. Supposed to be crab meat, tasted like liquid flour. Just nasty!

Horrible service we had to ask for bread 4 times and finally got it 30 min later. Shrimp were dry. Really bad experience not coming back.

Was alright, waiter seemed overwhelmed or distracted. However, the manager stepped in and helped.
