11The restaurant was clean and lighting was warm and inviting. The staff welcome me as I entered and provided an adequate seating area. The waitress was polite, had a beautiful smile and provided assistance with using the table tablet for member usage. She was very efficient when allowing just the right timing pass to ask if I needed anything. The Monday special ($17.99 for Unlimited Shrimp) was affordable, but the salad and cheddar biscuits have been down-sized. So, my over all experience was a four star rating.
My closest dearest friend and I went for lunch OMG the food was simply out of this world delicious both of us had two different items off the menu and was absolutely the best food we have had in Forever the service was good the restaurant was clean everything was good highly highly recommend going to Red Lobster for this food
The wait staff acted like they were noid to answer customers questions. Bothered being there.if you don't like your job, then get out of customer service.
Everything was good except for my? They could not get this done right so I finally gave up on a medium steak. Service was fine, thanks Donnie!
Our server Leonardo was on point, kept our bread basket and our drinks full! Food was great- sauce wasn't runny on our past and bread was fresh out of the oven. This location was pretty empty but overall a good experience.
Lunch $9.99 for 6 coconut shrimp and 2 sides of my choice. Good variety of other lunch entries. Food was served hot. Server was nice.

OK, did the Doordash thing tonight. The driver had to wait 20 minutes before my food was ready for him to deliver it to me. I called the store from TWO lines. GET THIS. I was on hold for two hours and twenty seven minutes after I asked to speak to a manager. Call the store and ask for a manager, go to lunch. In fact, go take a shower, mow your lawn, feed the dogs, visit your neighbor. Then you might get an answer. I finally got my food. LATE. The heartburn is unbelievable. My desert tonight is TUMS. I finally got someone to answer the phone and I was across the room. I had the phone on speaker and I was trying to get back over to the phone and they hung up.
We were a party of six. Our waitress was new, unprofessional, ill temperament, and quite grouchy. She was slow and easily frustrated about her own mistakes that affected our eating experience at this particular location.
If your looking for a ghetto time at an expensive price this is your place! First of all tried going to this place 3x while being told there was a 40 minute wait, and over hearing them tell others after me thier was a 1: 30 to 1: 45 minute wait. Only to get inside to see a whole area almost completely empty. Smh.only myself and one other person 15-20 tables sat empty. Next I asked how much for the crablegs and ordered the crablegs with mash potatoes upcharge for loaded. (Did i forget to mention everytime this girl left she took a long time to come back). As with the biscuts took forever to replenish them. When she brought out my food my potatoes were not loaded i brought it to her attention but she still waited til my potatoe was cold before she bought the toppings. I pointed out you bought me crabless without no utensils to crack open. Again she take her time and causes my crab not to be hot anymore. I repeatedly asked for Hot butter when i kept recieving barely melted butter that wasn't hot at all! Do you know how crab taste with cold butter? Last but not least she brings me the ticket and she has charged me a different price than what she told me, instead of fixing it and apologizing she left it a different price and didn't mention it. Food was good and I was very excited for the experience but after the time I had I am so very disappointed.
I was not impressed! The carpet smelled old.like it had gotten wet and they never had it cleaned. The hostess never greeted us but the manager finally came out (who also inquired where the hostess was) to seat us. My mixed drink was NOT good, the scampi was good that's about all. Don't eat lobster so not sure how that taste but they looked healthy
