16Haven't been to Red Lobster in decades. Pleasantly surprised w/excellent customer service and food prepared to perfection. Lunch time traffic was minimal, felt like no one else was there.
Food /service were good but they need to focus more on cleanliness of booths and window sills at booths.
Lunch specials really filling. All you can eat shrimp is a great buy too. Monday thru Thursday. They're really good about getting you all you want!
As always, amazing food! But it smelled like sewer in the restaurant and upon arrival? Not sure why.
The walls and the booths were all dirty with food slung on them and neglected for years it looked like.
I was taken to Red Lobster for dinner for my birthday tomorrow. The food was delicious and my family and I had a great time
1. Waitress brought out cold hard biscuits
2. My son found a long grey hair in his fries
3. My toddler found a hair in his fries
After that the waitress was rude tried rushing us out. The manager took care of our whole check and gave us dessert and a gift card. We’ll never go back to this location. Red Lobster is not what it used to be.
Service was great, but the food quality has slipped since the last time I visited. Will wait awhile longer before visiting again.
Our waitress Jena was FANTASTIC! BUT the food suckedit has lost a lot it's favor since COVID. My last visit.
The food quality scores at a level 2. The fried shrimp were rubbery, and the cheese garlic biscuits were hard & dry. The salad was made with brown, wilted lettuce. I tossed it immediately. Gross
The only thing that I enjoyed and actually finished was the Key Lime Pie.
Great food and wonderful service. Place was very clean and notable upon entrance. Andre was our waiter and so personable and efficient. We both had the Cajun Chicken Alfredo linguini and it was delicious. The peach and strawberry teas were excellent as well. The portions were good and left no room for dessert although the selections sounded yummy. Will definitely be back.
The food was good but we ordered drinks Took a long time to get them I was brought the wrong drink. Since it took along time to get the wrong drinks I just had tea

Loved it, hadn't been there in years, everything was fresh, and so good, I had surf& turf delicious, honey had Cajun salmon, he loved it, Cheader biscuits just as I remember them, great staff, Sarah our wait person was the best,
Not a big fan of Red Lobster but.the grandkids wanted to go there. The service was good and the food was ok.
Got there right before closing time, and they still took very good care of my wife and I. Biscuits were fresh and delicious as always! Store was very clean and our waitress was very friendly, even though we were her very last customers.
I had pasta promotion of buy one, get 50% off the second. The code did not work, ending up $40+ for two. A little too much for such a so so pasta with alfredo sauce.
