Red Lobster, Waco TX

45 minutes wait list was to much for me. No staff is a reason for closing in my opinion. In two weeks i will try this restaurant again.

I was very disappointed with Red Lobster this past week! We went in the early afternoon.
There were very few people eating in the restaurant but they didn't have enough staff to seat us and the wait was going to be long.
We were celebrating an anniversary and wanted lobster, fish and shrimp.
We ended up at BJ's and could not have found a better experience. It was exceptional!

The place was virtually empty. Was told there would be a 10 to 15 minute wait for a table. This was at 430 in the afternoon. The next person through the door was told 15 min wait. I only counted 5 tables occupied. The food was ok but a little over priced. I used to like going to RL but I guess it is time to seek out other location for seafood.

I love their food so I try to go any chance I get. I went on the app and joined the waitlist even through it said that there was no wait. When I got there I went up to the front and let them know I was on the waitlist and was told that I was looking at a 40 minute wait we needed up leaving why even have a waitlist

The wait time was long. They are short handed. Hopefully you get Robert as a server. He was on point. Fast and friendly. Thanks.

Was a good choice for today although a 45 minute wait in an almost empty restaurant was to say the least "tolerable". Food was delicious and served I'm a timely fashion the waiter, was quite attentive as well.

Didn't get to eat they only had 2 servers and the girl at the front didn't know if would could order drinks while we wait
It was about 2: 00 in the afternoon and their was maybe 10 people there. We left and went to a place called Sam's Southern cooking. It was wonderful glad we went will go back to Sam's

Wow! Red Lobster really is stepping up their game. All our food was out of this world. Best Brussel sprouts ever. Vanilla Bean cheesecake was so good. All seafood was fresh and cooked perfectly.

Red lobster was wonderful! Service was great. Everything was so good. I am ready to go back. Thank you Billy & Joyce for the great birthday supper. It was awesome. Thank you Lisa & Fred for making it a little more special.

One of the worse experience I've ever had. Liz was our server and she was extremely rude. We order and what we order wasn't on the menu because the gave us the wrong menu for the weekend. We get our food the salmon is under cooked. Liz was put out that we didn't like it. We order again and they were out of one and the pie was frozen and they couldn't serve it. This will be the last time I come here.

Wait to get a table was long. I'm going to blame that on lack of staff. Our waitress was good. Made sure we were always ok and full on drinks. Food was good.

It was pretty empty. Food was good. Nothing out of the ordinary. Bathrooms where dirty. But my server was amazing and super nice and helpful

Went for a good friend's birthday day! We'll worth it food was amazing. Drinks where delicious. Out waiter was fast kind and sweat (Loren e).

For the love of god hire more staff every time here lately we have had to wait. Because they are understaffed and continue to stay open.

Absolutely amazing! I don't know what these other reviews are talking about, we got quick service and our server was always attentive to us. The food blew our minds! Delicious, totally unexpected! I had no idea Red Lobster could be this good Even their carryout is delicious! The only seafood place in Central Texas I trust.

My fiance and I went here to celebrate his birthday early. While the service was okay, the food was considerably subpar at best.

Cold sides that should have been hot and several pin-bones later from my fish, we asked for something different to eat, mostly to avoid the choking hazzard.

When the calamari that was my meal replacement came out, while not rubbery, the breading they had used was overall wet, leaving us to eat what I can only call mush rings.

Last but not least, I should mention that I would suggest steering away from any live lobster dishes, as their lobster tank was in need of much cleaning and several lobsters looked near death.

We will not be returning to this location.

The food was delicious and especially the biscuits that they bring out and the server was really nice will come back when I'm in the area

We've eaten here for decades (even at its former Bosque Blvd.location). The food and service are consistently good. We've celebrated many special occasions here with our family. This visit we had the lobster and steak meal (Caesar salad, baked potato sides) with bacon wrapped scallops - my favorite appetizer. Pina coladas are especially good here! Of course, everyone loves the piping hot, cheesy, garlic biscuits!

Bloody Mary excellent food not so good.do not order brussel sprouts.charge extra and unedable couldnt figure out the sauce on them and tasted burned.wont go back
