Red Lobster, Burleson TX

The service was amazing, unfortunately the food was not to our liking. It just didn’t taste like it was worth the $20 price tag.

Plates very little. My husband shrimp. Was not good. I got the admirals feast to be honest I order this every time it's like they where trying to keep very little. Service was slow and not friendly I asked them to sing happy birthday to my cousin. They never did it.

Worst new York strip I have ever eaten in my life. And the side of chicken had no flavor and was the size of a golf ball.

Waited 51 mins for a watermelon margarita, never received water refills or the option for the server to try to upsell. Manager walked by and gave us a dirty look because the muscles were sent back, I see why red lobster is loosing money, if they had managers that were table touching and servers that cared, It would make all the difference.

Haven't been to Red Lobster in a couple of years as the quality of food in the Location on Hulen Street is not good at all and it's a filthy place. Came to this location, what a difference, it was very clean and the food was really good. Our Server Holly was a delight. She was friendly, very helpful and very attentive. Great server. I recommend this Location in Burleson.

Our server cooper was awesome. The food was so good! The scampi sauce wasn’t as hot as it should have been and the butter was starting to solidify.but still Good

One of my favorite places to eat! I've been going there for years and I've never had a bad meal. I highly recommend this place

Service was much better this time. We had taken a break from place. Due to service and short handed like everywhere else. Admiral's Feast was good.

This location was nasty and hot inside. Our server was great however the food was disgusting. We ordered the ultimate feast and everything was overcooked bad. Not even slightly.just way overcooked and no flavor. Won’t be back. Clean your restaurant! It’s gross

Here for a late lunch on a Tuesday. Reggie is the bomb! Was my host, bar keep AND waiter. One of the best! (and I've eaten out A LOT!)

Time from sat to server first appearance = 15 min…. Time from order placed to food served = 20 min. Server forgot to enter the appetizer. Both of our drinks ran out = empty for almost 10 min. Wife flagged him down for a refill. I decided to see how long it would take for him to notice = he never noticed.

Place wasn’t dirty, but it was “dingy”.

I like Red Lobster, but I won’t be returning to this one. Ever.

Came here today with my love, we haven’t enjoyed eating out lately because the food quality and service but Red Lobster and Reggie restored our faith! Reggie’s service was above and beyond, I wish I could give him 10 stars. The food was fresh, came out picture perfect and tasted amazinggg. Not one complaint.we had the Roasted Garlic Butter Crab with Potatoes which was superb.the Mushroom caps, YUM.even the broccoli that Reggie recommended was the best I’ve tried, BUSSIN.and let’s not forget about the bread. I haven’t eaten at Red Lobster in YEARS because we live near the Arlington location.but we will definitely make the drive to Burleson for Reggie’s service and the kitchens creations.

Me and the wife stopped in for a early dinner we both had the endless shrimp with salad and baked potatoes the food was great today

I would say it was the best I have ever had at Red Lobster. I had all the shrimp I could eat. All the types were good. Rainbow trout was very good. Biscuits are good as normal.

Everything below average except temperature of restaurant which rivaled the 100 degree Temps outside.

The food is always good at Red Lobster
This location has seen better days I’m sure. They were seemingly out of everything and they served our drinks in the wrong type of glass and they had no silverware. The waiter had to ‘find’ some.

We went to the Burleson Texas Red Lobster on JUne 16th 2023 around 5: 30 pm. Place was pretty empty and still took us a while to be seated. Our bisquits didn’t come out tell after our food was served. Per waiter bisquits we’re in the oven 30 minutes prior. Our Broccoli was extremely salty. Food was not very hot. Our bill was 180.00 plus tip. Not impressed at all. Ty
