Red Lobster, San Antonio TX

The location was excellent. Food was delicious. The service was very good as well. Would definitely return.

The biscuits were gross not typical of Red Lobster waited forever for our waiter to come back after he delivered our food to see if we needed anything else food was cold by the time he came back my sister tried to pay for our dinner corporate said we could but the restaurant still refused her payment

Shrimp scampi is so very very good. I get it almost every time I go but my husband loves the crab legs. I have never gotten anything that was not fabulous. We always pick Red Lobster for our special dinners.

Terrible service took 20 minutes to get a water with there only being 4 other tables and tried scamming me and my family for 30$

Cheese biscuits alone make it worth my money and time. Never as packed as other restaurants. I can come anytime and know I'm going to have a table ready.

Absolutely fantastic customer service and the food was so awesome! I'm a customer for life now.

I love the biscuits here but this time the service SUCKED. The waiter had an attitude and it took 30 minutes to get the biscuits. Then he effed up the checks.

There are times a popular restaurant really drops the ball. Portion size was ridiculously small. Side dishes were at the wrong temperature. Never got refills. Got upcharged without notification. Overall, a really bad experience. Not what is to be expected from Red Lobster. They did try to make it right by taking off the meal from the ticket. I'll probably go back. But, if they repeat this bad food and bad service again, it will be my last visit. There are way too many other restaurants to give my money to.

Love this place, everytime I visit I'll order the Ultimate Feast. If you're a seafood lover and would like try something new ask about the Ultimate Feast, great amount of food for a great price.

We visited Red Lobster Saturday the day before mothers Day. About a half hour into being seated a very nice female manager came out and advised our waitress had lost our order and she came to retake it. Ok fine humans make mistakes. So another 30 minutes goes by and our COLD food finally comes out. Then we requested a larger bowl of butter for our crab legs and upon my sons first dip.there is a hair in the butter. By this time my bfs lost his appetite completely and here comes the manager. After expressing our concerns he says, "Come on it's the night before Mothers Day". He eventually offered us dessert but even after he looked at us like we were crazy for complaining he basically tried to force us to take our dessert right then and there. Mind you we had JUST got our cold food and were still waiting on our new bowl of hair free butter. This visit WAS my mothers day dinner and it was so disappointing. I will NEVER go back.

You would think that with this location being where it is it would be a little cleaner. Also replace the silverware that looks like it is filthy. Ever person at our table was trying to clean the stains off their utensils. Considering it was a slow afternoon the bartender was absent.the food took to long and could have been prepared better.

Very disappointed. My steak was not cooked right, asked for med rare, they gave me another steak that was more well done than the first. I used to love Red Lobster but now it seems to be going downhill. FYI, we also ordered seafood, was not great either.

Food was great served hot but the waitress spent more time in the back than serving us. It was not crowded but we had to wait for refills a d when it was time to go we waited several minutes for to go containers and the check. Overall the food was good service could stand a little improvement

I can boil my own crab or lobster at home for much cheaper. The food is certainly not worth the price but had a good and fast service.

Quality of food week. Fries not fresh, shrimp Alfredo bland and seemed like frozen shrimp from grocery store.

Red Lobster is an old classic, and I always enjoy the food and service here. My mom is 90 and has loved this restaurant since the 70's. She especially enjoys the fried shrimp and biscuits

Very nice atmosphere and not very crowded. I ordered the crab fest which was a entree dish with crab cakes and french fries. That was plenty to fill me up and enjoyed visiting with my friends. How ever found out that they did not give senior discounts or a ARP discount. However they do give a military discount.

Nasty tasting. Had to send the food back to the kitchen because it was inedible. How do you mess up fried shrimp? How dumb can you be?

This place makes long john silvers look like fine dining.

We will not go back.

The food quality isnt what it used to be. Its very oily, and unhealthy for someone with a sensitive stomach. Im disappointed with that and the service. We waited for 15 or 20 minutes just for our waitress. On top of that, she couldnt remember my boyfriend's order.
