I purchased a used vehicle at Red McCombs Toyota back in December of 2023. I had the pleasure of Jordan Uranga as my sales representative. After purchasing the vehicle, there was an issue with the windshield. When I contacted Jordan, he was apologetic even though he would not have known unless it was driven for a period of time. Through his diligence, he identified the windshield had been replaced by a reputable company. He organized the repair expeditiously and under the windshield warranty. I could not have asked for a better example of professionalism from the individual and the Red McCombs team.

Went 2/14/24. They won’t help you if you have a recall on your vehicle. They will just push you out and tell you we can’t help you even though you have a letter in the mail with your vin number on it with a recall.

I took my 4Runner for its very first service. Though there were a few cars before me, they took it in right away. Roman Galindo was very thorough and send me a video of the vehicle right away so I could see what they were looking at. I was just getting comfortable to do some work while I waited when Roman came up to me and told me he was done. Wow! Never in my lifetime as a driver have I experienced such great service maintaining my vehicle. Thanks Roman, and thanks Toyota Red McCombs.

Ive always had a great experience here. The service advisors commicate well and the actual service is prompt and meticulous. I really like that the tech working on your car will send you a video on his work. Ive gone to two other Toyotas for service and this one is the best.

Jordan U.helped my wife and I get a new car yesterday and I have to say it was the GREATEST car dealership experience I’ve ever had. Professional, patient, and knowledgeable! Jordan went above and beyond and found the best deal that worked for us. It didn’t feel like a “sale” he treated us like friends and his goal was to find the best options. Even when waiting for the finance team to call us back the other sales agents were talking with us and made us feel so welcomed. I am recommending Jordan to anyone that will listen!

Here I am again, another poor service experience. This was for the installation of mogo device. Was advised when purchasing the car that it would take an hour to install. When the appointment was scheduled again was told it would take an hour to complete.
3 hours later & it's not completed.
The tech was indifferent & there was no update.
Once again disappointed with the lack of service.
If you come her be prepared to wait 2+ hours from your scheduled appointment and keep in mind you will not receive any status on the service.

The worst experience, scheduled an appointment for an oil change, it took 2 hours. No concern for the customers time. No apology for delay. Why schedule an appointment? A call to advise they were behind would have been appreciated, I would have taken it in later. The advisor was indifferent. There wasn't any sense of urgency.

Went on the coldest day of the year to find warmth and kindness in the whole staff. Ed Nealy was a joy to work with. He contacted us via phone before we even made it to Texas, had cars waiting for us to test drive and helped us navigate the whole process. Ali, the finance guy, was very helpful in getting us an extended warranty on my used car, which gave me great peace of mind.

It was too cold to detail the cars we bought (Toyota Highlander Hybrid for me and a 4 Runner for the husband) but they have offered to do it another day. Ed has already called to check on us and how we like our new (to us) vehicles.

What a great place to shop for cars!

This place gives me the run-around with a radio that does not work in my 2023 RAV4 go in the update system radio continues to do the same thing they do not do follow-ups service department is terrible I am a first time and last time buyer I will never send anybody in their direction

I went here with high hopes and I was more than disappointed, as a single mom needing a vehicle all they want is more money. I understand in this economy you may need it but doesn’t mean you need to rip off the others in need. If you find yourself trying to find a vehicle here. Think twice, or find out for yourself.

Jason Moran is the best salesperson I've ever worked with among all the dealerships in San Antonio. He is dedicated to providing excellent customer service, and above all I appreciated his transparency and honesty, which is what matters most to me in the car buying experience. Kevin was also very welcoming and helpful in assistance.

I am extremely disappointed with the way I was treated and the way things weren't done. I made an appointment for my camry and I was told by two different service advisors (and one receptionist at time of appointment) that a diagnostic would be done on my Ac. I was quoted 180.for the diagnostic to start by all three employees. I explained to everyone about my vehicle s history. My advisor at time of appointment was Pedro and he even stated the 180.0 could go towards my repairs of the ac. My insurance wants that report and the diagnostic was Not done. Seven hundred dolllars later and the ac is not working that much better. I called and spoke with Raul and he claims they cannot do a diagnostic because of the accident. My question is why did all three employees verbal stated a diagnostic would be done to start with. This place is unreliable. I guess I need everything in writing. I am waiting on the service manager to reach out but at this point there is nothing they can do. I am upset that they would waste my time and money. Now I have to pay again and take my car to a different dealer because these clowns lied to me.

Terrible customer service. Salesman was great at responding via text and/or email prior to the arrival of my vehicle but once I arrived to pick up vehicle, salesman was so slammed (his version) we barely exchanged 10 words and when I was out of the finance office, he pawned me off on a young man to do a quick review of vehicle’s features. We sat inside my new vehicle, person pointed to a few of the vehicle’s features. I had questions he made it very obvious he was in a huge hurry to move on. No follow-up from salesman to see if I had any questions. Very disappointing experience and definitely not the customer service experience I’ve had in my prior 6 Toyota purchases. As such, I’d never return to this particular dealership again nor would I encourage anyone to do so. Too much money spent for such poor customer service.

Took my Tundra for service last week and Service rep Roy Martinez
Assisted me, he was very professional kept me me informed throughout the day which I greatly appreciated! I will definitely be back

The whole staff was professional.
