I would still recommend this company, however; after the fact I noticed some of our items were broke. Which wasn’t a big deal. However; my washer overflowed onto my brand new floors in my brand new home. Because, my washer wasn’t hooked up correctly. I repeatedly reminded them to make sure it was hooked up. I called the company and they didn’t seem to care. Just a reminder “you reap what you sow”. Do unto others as you would have them do unto you. You can’t see the water, but trust and believe my floors were soaked.

Shannon was so nice and knowledgeable. Mindful with all of our furniture and careful not to bang up any walls or door frames.

I had a move setup for Saturday they did not show. Rescheduled for Monday waited 7 hours did not show or call again. They just called and said they will not do my move and to call someone else. I do not recommend them for any move. Very unprofessional.

We were set up for a move at 9: 00 on a Saturday morning. No one showed up, so we called. We did not get a call back until 11: 00. They told us that there 7 call ins and they would need to reschedule on Monday at 2pm. No one arrived again and when we were called we were told that the team would arrive soon. We waited until after 7pm and they refused to call us back. We let them know we would expect them to take of our move on Tuesday by email. We received a call Tueday morning saying that they would not be accepting our business. We called 2 Firefighters Moving, who happened to have a cancelation. They were able to help us to get moved. Red Raider Moving is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. I just wish there was a way to give zero stats. Again 2 Firefighters Moving is the way to go.
