They’re always rude as hell! Definitely switching banks! Will talk over u while u asking a question. If I could rate them a 0/10 I would!

The people there are great. However, the new zoom-style atm system is one of the dumbest things i've ever seen. They literally covered the window in the drive-thru through which you would normally be able to see the tellers with ai-generated pictures of smiling tellers. No more pneumatic tubes, just an ATM with a built in phone so you can "facetime" with a teller.

Since installing these ridiculous machines they've reduced their lobby hours, effectively reducing the amount of time a customer has to do actual banking.

The whole thing is just gross. I imagine an aging and out-of-touch board of directors getting taking for a ride by some young, equally out-of-touch corporate consultation firm. Even worse, it feels like an effort to cut down on labor. Disappointing, especially for a Credit Union.

Good look cashing a check here if you maintain a low balance. Banked with them for over a year and in over $20,000 of deposits never once had check that didn't go through. Yet any check I try to deposit over $1000 still requires a hold. I'm tired of being treated like a criminal or a thief, and I'll be banking elsewhere.

I have called two times. Once on 10-24 and once on 10-17 and left a voice message. Still no return. How unprofessional and iam a member SMH

Been doing business with them for about 5 years. Have been very pleased with all aspects of doing business here. Very helpful and, always greeted with smile. Wonderful people. The online site is great. Instant knowledge of your transitions. Move funds and pay bills. Never been more satisfied with a bank.
