I have rented two different houses from Red River Rentals and have never had an issue with them. Units are clean and well maintained. Rent is very fair for the area. If anything broke or needed repair, Scott always managed to quickly get it taken care of. I am now headed to home ownership, so I will no longer need to rent, but if I did, I would check with him without hesitation. Returned deposit came right on time with transition.

Red River Rentals- has done so much for Clarksville by remodeling/updating/maintaining numerous homes that were or soon would be in shambles. Giving renters better homes and good rates our great little town owes a BIG thanks to Saint John we are lucky to have him and his business, Thank you to RR Rentals!
