Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews, Houston TX

Burgers, cocktail drinks, dessert and customer service is really good. Busy on a Saturday evening but orders didn't take long and our super cool waiter was awesome.

I took my 7 yr old daughter for a dinner date. Food was great and so was our waiter Marcus. He waited on us as well as other tables all while working the bar. Appetizer came out quickly and so did my meal but for some odd reason my daughter's plain cheeseburger with ketchup took a good while. She asked me a couple of times what was taking so long. Her burger finally came out and she loved it. She's just recently taken a liking to eating burgers so I know this one was good. Had it not been for the great tasting food and out very attentive waiter this rating would have been very low.

Place has gone kind of down hill. It is just ok. Don't really recommend unless just got out of a late movie and are hungry. Food just tasted not as "premium" as the like to sell themselves.

Service is very slow. Did not get acknowledged by the waiter, had to ask for Service. When he did come by he just brought my drink that the other person I asked for help, had already brought me, and still did not introduce himself. I understand that servers are under a lot of pressure in these crazy holiday season, but there are only four tables that are occupied.

Went here for an early lunch before movie. Tables and menu were clean. Menu was fairly large and accommodating to a lot of different tastes. Staff was friendly. Lunch for two with two drinks was about 35 bucks plus tip. Will be coming here to this location again in the future.

The burgers and fries are amazing. The fried pickles were pretty good as well. Our waiter was tentative and had an awesome personality. Would recommend 100%

Everything was really good! They did run out of mushrooms so no mushroom Swiss burger but the bacon cheeseburger was spot on! Service is great!

First time at one of these and it was good. Food had a great flavor and the servers were all very kind. The place was clean and had a friendly atmosphere.

Great food and service! I'm subtracting 1 because they have endless fries, but every time I have been there they bring you just a few of them with your burger and by the time you get the second round, you're almost done with your burger or you're already full.

We had a great server here she was so nice and very attentive to us. The food was great and there were no long waits for us. This is what you would expect from a red Robin.

All chicken items (70 percent of menu) are not available at lunchtime Friday afternoon. Women's restroom disgusting and filthy, almost made me with all the food I just consumed. 2 stars only for waitress, that acted friendly towards my kids. Brought me the wrong order, then wanted to sell it to me anyway in 30 minutes after I sent it back, as a "freshly made", then tried to charge me for both the right order and the one I sent back.

The food was pretty good the chili burger that I ordered was not really that good actually the waitress that we had made it worse you know if the waitress we're going to pick up her own slack and bring the things we ask for in a timely manner or at all it would have made it it two stars better

Burgers are nasty and full of filler. The lowest grade of beef I ever eaten. No Thanks Red Rodin's, Five Guys here I come.

This place doesn't give you the going out to eat feeling like it used to. I don't expect to be treated like royalty, but what happened to being friendly? What I mean is a quick hello, poor eye contact and oh, you can order on the kiosk. Oh, but if that doesn't work, I guess I'll take it on my phone. Then when you ask for extras (like bringing a couple baskets of fries ahead of the meals) there's a "slight inconvenience" on the servers end. There's also the kisosk/tablet at the table that is wayyy to easy for kids to click and purchase games, super sneaky. Kids can press the "let's play" button (because what kid knows to read the fine print below that states "cancel $1.99" button) by the time you take away the kiosk. To add, the table also felt that the food runner had more hospitality.

We had such a great server! The food is always good and I am so happy that (so far) every server we've had is so nice to our little terrors.

Excellent gluten free bun! Fries were kept filled and our waitress was the most attentive I have ever had! She also had a fantastic sense of humor that kept us all on our toes. Table of 7 and nothing was missed from the kitchen and our drinks were kept full!

Specialty burgers with craft flavors. A little over the top which can be good and bad. Bottomless sides can keep you snacking and talking.

Could give 0 if possible. Waited about an hour didn’t get any food, they didn’t even bother to refill the drinks. The restaurant was only about 30% capacity and everyone was waiting food for very long times, while they were sending out deliveries. Extremely slow to no service.

I loved this place so much I'm going to visit soon again and I love the service everyone is very nice and I really enjoyed the fast service

Hamburger was ok. Patty was thinner than I like for a $11 + hamburger. Service was not good. We were there approximately 1 hour. No one every came back to our table to offer refills on our drinks or anything else. Paid $3 for 1 glass of tea. Glad I got a glass of water with it. There are way better burgers and service elsewhere.
