Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews, Friendswood TX

Went there for my birthday burger. Burger and fries were great, they were a bit slow but service was good. The auto pay at the table and request for drink refills makes them not ask as often for drink refills, but if you put it in the drinks will be there.

Food was not good today. My child did not eat his food as well. Don't take my word just try it.

Every time I have come here, I have felt there is NO WAY this place can stay open much longer. It's always dead, and because of that, it's become clear the staff do not care about the quality of your food. No one seems to care, and yet somehow I get talked into trying it just.one.more.time.every time, I am met with disappointment and regret.

We had a delicious dinner tonight at Red Robin. Our server, Chris was great. Quick and friendly service with a smile. We started off with the mozzarella twits. For the entrees we chose the Southern Charm burger, I would highly recommend. For dessert the oreo milkshake was calling to us. If your in the mood for an outstanding meal for a great price go see Chris at this location.

Caleb was amazing. He was so patient, and helpful when directing us on how to get a reward.

Something seemed very off with the service at the Baybrook Red Robin, the Bar Tender seemed to be running the show and came across as very fake and rude. There was an issue with the Draft b beer having what looked like "goo" floating in the pint glass from dirty lines and when it was pointed out once we noticed, the bar tender took the glass and made a different drink but still left the beer on the tab despite it not being finished. My boyfriend was immediately discussed by this, but I tried to calm him down as I know seasonal beer tap lines can have build up if they are not used often or cleaned regularly. I would have expected the bartender to recognize this as well and make things right on the tab.

Wow, what happened to this place? They used to have the best burgers and great service. Now, not so much. Ate here tonight and the service was extremely slow. There were only a few tables so they can't use that as an excuse. Food was served cold and the garlic fries were so full of oil which made them soggy. The burger patty seemed like the ones you buy frozen at Sam's Club with the grill marks already on them. Had to keep asking for things like ketchup, drink refills, and a refill of fries. The restaurant was almost cleared out when the waiter finally came by to ask if we needed anything. We still hadn't gotten drink or fry refills. Had to wait another 15 minutes for them. This will be the last time I ever eat here. Something needs to change or you will lose a lot more customers than just my family and I.

First time eating there. Wasnt bad but it wasn't lets go back to Red Robin good either.

Call me cheap, possibly Even though I spend 50 or more. I have gone again. Good food, good company,

The waitress dropped a full glass of ice water in my lap. To make up for it she brought me a "free" order of soggy French fries. This just in bottomless fries come with the GD meal! The manager did not come by to offer an apology. And the meal was regular price not even a discount. I was with a group so I didn't even have to opportunity to leave.

I was there yesterday and it was terrible! The hamburgers were dry and the buns look like they were bought from the local supermarket. Add one drink, an appetizer and a soda and the cost was over $50.
I asked the waiter if they had a Patty Melt, he responded “That’s Whataburger” BEWARE!

Expensive subpar food in a restaurant with booth seats badly in need of repair. The fabric was torn off on several of the booths. The fries were ok, the coleslaw and fried fish were bland. Very expensive and a big waste of money. Our server was superb! Very nice and attentive. She gets 5 stars, the food and restaurant get one.

I always have higher expectations in advance. Although the burger was tasty, I certainly don't think it's worth $15. In addition, the unlimited sweet potato fries and coleslaw are a joke. The first portion was very small and the second limp and not cooked properly. My wife got 2x a mini bowl of coleslaw (literally 2 bites) for which you pay 2 dollars extra. The quality and service is not what it used to be. Save Robin.shame on you!

It took way too long for the server to even acknowledge I was there, but after that the service was good. The food was honestly mediocre and not honestly what I remember it to be. Maybe it’s just this location, but you can get better with fast food.

Haven't been here in years, and now I remember why. My drink was wrong. My burger had the wrong condiment on it, and my fries were plain even though I asked and got charged for garlic parmesan. I would have gladly told anyone about any of my issues if any employee at all had visited our table after our food was dropped, but unfortunately, that never happened. We did get a "do y'all need to go boxes? " as our waiter passed by bringing food to another table but by then we had already paid the bill (which was never brought, we found it on the electronic kiosk on the table). This was not a busy time. It was a Monday at 5: 30. There were only 4 or so other tables in our section. Very disappointing.

First time here, and I found my burger amazing. I had mushrooms and grilled onions, and it was truly good. The fries are awesome, too! Will definitely go back.
