Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews, Fort Worth TX

Food and selection is great, but the tables and booths never seem clean to me. Last time I went our waiter gave me a hard time about my 7 year old Id claiming I looked nothing like the photo. I told him I was insulted and that yeah some time passed and I dont look quite like I did when I was 19, so thanks for that, just wanted a Heineken bro.

Service is slow and less than organized.you'll have better luck winning the lottery, even if you don't play, before you get a refill! Food was mediocre at best.

The food was good, my burger was a little greasy. The staffing was terrible. The bartender was our server because they were short staffed. She tried though.

Food was okay, overpriced for what it was, and beer selection was abysmal for a place with "& Brews" in the name.

We were really excited about trying this out. After waiting five minutes at a table with no server in sight (but seeing them talk to the table next to us, chatting), we decided to leave. Lots of empty tables so it wasn’t too busy. You might have really good food but we will never know. You have to actually wait on tables.

We ordinarily love Red Robin and eat there 2-3 time a month. Tonight we had inconceivably bad service. Waiter brought out wrong drinks, left off items, never once asked if we wanted refills and ignored us until we had to get another server to remove the items we never received. Worst service experience I've ever had.

Thank you very much Justin with the dred locks! You saved the day & our daughters Birthday. Started out a bit Rocky with the disrespectful hostess, but then you showed up. Great people skills. Very personable & attentive. He made sure our experience was the best it could be. Justin deserves a raise.

New manager! The restaurant will definitely be a bit different! I see so many complaints about the manager and the service.theres a new general manager!

Waited 1 hour to get our food and it was cold there was no reason for it the place was slow and now I know why.

This place inspired me to open my own restaurant. The fact that I paid 60 dollars for dry food, has me depressed. Everything is so overpriced its ridiculous. Horrible experience.

Amazing! I'm vegan so I got the veggie burger, normally I hate veggi burger but the one was soooo good. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

I love the bonsai burger and its healthier chicken version. There is also a chalkboard if you get bored during the wait, though I have never waited anyway.

45 minutes for a burger asked for a Togo box once they brought it and ended up waiting another 10 minutes.

Mike was our waiter and he was great. I didn't have to ask for anything.

He brought me fries even before we ordered.

Did you know that on some meals the side are bottomless like the fries. My wife got all the broccoli she hold.

Free drink to take with you when you leave.

Good burgers & a lot of the staff know how to do their job. Or server was definitely on his game the first time we went, but when I went back another time, my server stayed at the bar talking to other employees most of the time. I dont think she wanted to be there. She left & another lady served us. She was very good at her job. The second girl made up for the first.

I hope the second doesn't have to share her tip with the first.

The food was okay but it was not worth the price. The service was acceptable but our server was rarely around our table and we could not get drink refills. We probably won't be coming back.

Love Red Robin. Used to visit one near our home in Newark, CA twenty years ago and regularly easy out at the one Garland, TX today. Always a good experience. Great burgers. Constantly good service.

Decent experience. Service was kinda meh. The quality of their meat was pretty crappy. Burgers would be way better if they would get better meat

Amazing experience on a Friday night. Extremely attentive staff. Food came out perfect. And even though it was pretty busy it wasn't overly loud even the music was at a good level.
