Came in for a new shirt with patches put on and was helped quick, the store is clean and neat. Will return for Business.

Place is an absolute nightmare you can’t even buy a pair of handcuffs without checking in and waiting for an hour. The employees just stand around talking while you wait 2 hours to get one patch stitched on a shirt. The prices here are absolutely ridiculous, anything you buy here you can find online or somewhere else for way cheaper. I wish there was a way we could all boycott this place and put it out of business. Unfortunately they are one of the only places around that has the contracts for numerous agencies. The biggest issue is that they know you have to come to them, therefore they could care less about customer service. Please people look around at other local stores and online, there are other places that have our patches and will do the work better and faster, not to mention with a smile on their face.

If you need it get it here. Plus the staff will make you feel important as they wait on you damn near hand and foot.

Every time I come here I end up waiting for at least two hours. They are constantly getting my orders wrong and they aren’t keen on paying attention to detail.

A new and fresh store. The young lady that helped me was so helpful. She had a wonderful personality. I look forward to returning to visit this location again.

Place was an organized wreck. Most product was in every part of the store. Always friendly service. They just looked overwhelmed.

Lost my order, couldn't find the order even with the number.finally found it and now after 4 weeks, I have to wait even more because it still has to be drop shipped because it isn't in stock. Typical Galls issues. It's a good thing I am not a new hire waiting on my uniform.

My biggest complaint about this location is theirs no price tag on clothing, boots and accessories because of price differences on Law enforcement, First responders and Security guards. Some item are over price if you know what are you looking for.

Very friendly, extremely helpful! They can tailor pants or add patches to uniforms while you wait. It's pretty much a one stop shop for anything law enforcement.

Absolutely fantastic. Had everything ready in 15 minutes, extremely approachable staff, and great selection of uniforms. Best uniform service in Houston, by and far. They even make name strips for you.

I didn’t know my duty belt size.so I asked a customer service representative to help me and she was nice enough to help by finding my right size. She also helped me find the items I needed for my duty belt. Not only her but the entire staff was helpful. I would definitely come back and shop.

Very rude staff. Made me wait 20 mins to talk to someone about purchasing a vest. THEN he acted like he could not care less that I was going to spend 1,200.00 in his store. Appeared he was angry. I drove all the way to San Antonio to purchase the vest.

Huge store, good selection. Needs more employees for when it gets busy, might have to wait a while. Computer system is laughably old and slow. Keep your receipts!

I don't know what people are posting bad reviews. Well this is my review, Red the Uniform Tailor is way better than LoneStar Uniforms all day any day. They have a large selection of everything. When I walked in my first time, I was amazed. It's like a kid at a candy store. I didn't know where to start. Prices are ok. I really like the brand Blauer rather than Elbeco, I wish our department makes the switch to these guys.

Excellent service and selection! If you are looking for first responder gear, Reds is the place to go!
