I've bought several pairs of boots from this location. The customer service has been excellent every time.

Ordered a work boot via phone because my local redwing did not have the one I want, order went smoothly and received my boots within same week when I place order, person that help me was Bradley.

Understaffed and not much to look at. They have more sneakers than boots which is pretty disappointing and unwished for. The place looked well kept for a small hut and they have a display on the inside of the boot along with the advanced feet measure. On the bright side the people were friendly. I would just come here for the measuring then buy it online.

Staff 1 person is not knowable about new equipment drove along ways not happy no purchase

Employees not helpful and have very few shoes to select from and if they have they don’t have your size

I was surprised to find steel toe shoes in my size. I have very small feet.
The sales rep.was very nice.

I've worn ONLY Red Wing boots for 20 years. During my military years, the many years contracting and in the oilfields of West Texas. They never failed me.

My right arch is completely flat and I use orthotics. I simply take the soles out and replace with my orthotics.

My son told me to go here to get some work boots. And it was the best $260.00, I have ever paid for work boots. They measure my feet, bought me, all different styles, in my size. They feel great.

In and out in 5 to 10 minutes max. They always have the pair I want and in my size. Takes longer to drive there. Unlike going with my wife to buy a pair of shoes.minimum of 6 hours and 4 stores. Usually revisiting at least 2 of those stores twice

Clerk was extremely helpful. Measured my foot to ensure the boot i was interested in fit me. Heading there again. These boots are amazing

It's 2: 00 p.m. And the 7th of January 2021 and I have never been more appalled by how unhelpful someone can be at a Red Wing store. It was almost as if I was burdening him to a point where he wanted me to leave so that he could go back to doing nothing with his dog that's roaming around the store.
Wants to do a return or exchange cut me off mid-sentence to tell me I need to go back to my original store and I expressed I didn't have a receipt and he said there was absolutely nothing we could do without one.

Staff was friendly. Clean was store was clean and well lit. They did not have the boots I wanted to get.but I did try a different one on that was 6" instead of an 8" and it didn't fit me right.so I don't need to buy anyway, saved over $300.00+ probably. They are low on stock right now because of Covid- 19.

I ordered a pair boots here on 8-31-2020. They said it would take 2 weeks. I called after 2 weeks still no boots. Waited another 2 weeks still no boots. He said he would call around and see if other stores in the area had them. Never called back. It's now 10-6-2020. Still.no boots.

I got boots from a bootstrap, I believe his name is Andy. I commend this handsome man for his integrity and ability to cultivate the minds of hard workers-men and women- in all lines of work. Understanding all of his customer's feet are unique, as well as considering their work conditions and requirements, Andy identifies what type of boot would accommodate his or her feet best. That knowledge and passion is fundamental when selling a work boot and it makes all the difference in whether or not a person quits his or her job. I think I'm in love with him. Update: we have separated permanently. No love.
