The best customer service, good prices, good selection, it is always a pleasure.
Wow! I could not have imagined a better experience. Boots are a very big deal to me. I’ve been wearing my redwings for 15 years. Almost every day. Had them resoled 6 times…so stepping into a new pair was very stressful for me. Mike and a patron really helped me find the right boot. He was very patient as I tried on 4 different sizes and went back and forth between them.
I’m EXTREMELY HAPPY with my new boots and can’t wait to continue my journey in them.

The sales staff is excellent in every aspect. Fit style and reliability will be greatly appreciated in the oilfield industry where I work. I really enjoy coming to the Tyler Red Wing store as my wife has to get quality foot ware and apparel by informed professionals. From the insoles to the Sox and the world class boots the group in Tyler have helped a 60 year old man work safely and properly prepared for the rigors of working on drilling rigs. I hate shopping for shoes. It takes me several hours to find a pair that is comfortable enough for me. I needed composite work shoes. At the Redwing store at 4133 S Broadway Ave Tyler, TX, Jennifer identified my specific needs and found a pair of shoes that met those needs (good thing, cuz no other shoes would have worked). Jennifer saved me much time!
I am an infrequent but long-time customer of this store, which sells a quality product. However, I visited today for the first time in awhile and had one of the worst customer service experiences I can remember. I won’t go back, and I strongly encourage others to shop for Red Wing boots or shoes at another location where your business will be appreciated.
