Redcap staffing, Waco TX

It's always something happening with staff closing and leaving the office and will not answer the phones and the staff is not properly trained so they will not notify you of changes like not getting paid on Friday so you have to wait untill Monday, today they say one staff member is ill so they won't be able to keep the office open when it's usually one person in the office at all times regardless but theres someone answering phones very disorganized and staff is not trained to do all the office duties in case of one person not being able to they need to do better professionally in training and communication
