2I’ve been seeing Dr. Reddy for a 1.5yr. I finally found a doctor that cares for me, well being and my concerns. Her staff is very attentive as well and gets back with you ASAP. Highly recommend!
I loved this office at first they were the only place that would see me when I had an reaction to the Covid vaccine. Service is friendly and great.
But wow!
They charge you additional for any question that you have outside of what you are being seen for. My annual exam was horrible. I was suffering from hot flashes and headaches at the time and even told the front desk when scheduling the appointment and nothing. The NP seemed unconcerned with any of my physical concerns, which I believed was and shoud have been part of my annual exam but they seem to go by a different list of whats included in your yearly check up. I normally have a low vitamin d level and it was not even checked.
My advice is find an office that wants to take care of you instead of charging individually for any of your concerns.
