4First time experience here was AMAZING! Free wifi, candles and mugs for sale, and DELICIOUS Chai lattes! I would definitely say it was the best Chai I have ever had in my life.really great place to go for work or study.the ambiance is perfect. I will definitely be returning!
RE: defined has great aesthetics and ambiance, but could improve on customer service. It is not too noisy at about 1/2 capacity, which I do really appreciate because grinding coffee beans and frothing milk can be very loud, but it is actually quite tolerable here. Some staff was very friendly, others, not so much. The coffee was good- not the best I've had, but definitely not the worst. I would definitely come back if I'm in the area.

One of the best coffee shops I've been to.
The environment is very relaxed, and the design and layout of the place clearly had a lot of thought put into it. Kudos to the owners for creating such a comfortable and unique space.
