Redstone Vista Apartments, Houston TX

If I could give zero stars, I would. The leasing staff here are very unprofessional. The don’t communicate with each other at all. I’ve had to drive from Huntsville several times because they don’t answer their emails or office calls. I’ve been told I’ve been approved by one leasing agent. The day they told me to pick up my keys, I now have to pay an additional amount of money on top of the payments I’ve already made. Thanks to them, I have no where to live. All of my money invested in this apartment just for them to add unrelated additional fees. Definitely felt discriminated against the leasing staff. Please walk away from this property.

Terrible management they’ve been withholding information about us moving in forgetting to tell us things they never answer phone calls or emails literally never seen a more unprofessional leasing office

I recommend getting a whole new set of employees working there & make sure it's diversity next time because these women are awful at customer service and they ALL only have a job there so they can be translators for the maintenance people who unfortunately never cared enough to learn English in an English speaking country. The owner needs to do better of how his/her business is being ran. I know they taking the cheaper route of how they are doing things & it clearly shows.

Have contacted the office about the noise below our apartment. I’ve called 911 to have to cops come out. Should be able to go to bed with out being vibrated out of the freaking bed from the music that is being played below us. No water for 5 days in unacceptable.

I gave a written notice last year that I was moving out of state due to COVID-19 related issues. The manager called me and stated that she thought I was moving out in January but since I gave her a letter stating that I was moving out last year it was fine. Someone broke into the apartment and I still get emails regarding the unit. I tried calling but they never answer

I’m so glad that we have not had new managers. These actually care about us. They have been the same ones for a good year now. I appreciate what they are doing to fix this place up, as I wouldn’t have left this same review a year go. The front desk ladys are really nice, I only talk to Blanca if I ever need anything, I know that if I ask her it will for sure get done. I hope she does not leave us.

Im a resident at red Stone vista apartments, I have lived here for the past six months and just recently renewed my lease with them. Just by renewing my lease I was put in a contest. Lucky me i won a cruz trip. I want to thank Red Stone and their staff for allowing me to participate.

I honestly cannot complain about anything from the move in process to having a newly renovated apartment. The staff has been patient, friendly, and professional.

I recently moved to Redstone Vista and so far I'm very happy. The management team went above and beyond to help me find me an apt for me. I look forward to living and enjoying my new home for the next year Thanks to the whole team for working so hard to accommodate me they are so polite and the property is very nice!

There is no communication. Believe what you see in the reviews. Fernanda will give you wrong information. Dealing with Fernanda and the manager has been completely unprofessional from beginning to end. I am glad I did not move in.

I just moved back to Redstone Vista and I must say that the new management team is doing a phenomenal job at fixing this place up to where it should be! Blanca helped out tremendously during my application process and Joanna kept her promises with keeping me updated on everything that I needed while Blanca was out of the office. I'll be updating my review if needed in the future however so far I am in LOVE with my new apartment! Thank you guys again!
