Came to RedTree Jewelry today for the first time. I was taken aback by the amazing customer service! I was able to get my watch resized in a matter of minutes. The gentleman that helped was super helpful and kind. Would come back here again!

Expert repair! I brought 50+ year old family heirloom gold & onyx ring in to be repaired. The job that RedTree did was top notch & was completed several days earlier than anticipated. Great job, & thank you, Jacob, again!

I’m going to tell it like it is - my experience with Red Tree was above outstanding. Their work is unmatched- unique and stellar! They genuinely care about the desires of the customer. Their demeanor is gentle, and humble. They are not only super easy to talk to, but honest and realistic. They aren’t afraid to recommend other businesses either to help the customer achieve the best price. Regardless of their recommendations, my fiancé and I chose their services, and we are grateful that we did! Their designs are just way better than some cookie cutter store at the RIM! I literally went into Jared and all the employees were so rude the moment we weren’t interested in their designs and prices. Red Tree on the other hand was just so warm and appealing! I can’t believe we found this gem of a shop on a whim! My wedding is in October! I will be sure to post the final result but for now enjoy these pictures! These rings shine! I mean LOOK at that ring! You can’t tell me this doesn’t look stunning!

I was given a ring by my Father a few years back. It is a gold band with an intricate design cut into it. I wear it every day. Over time it got really dirty and was bent out of shape. Jacob at Red Tree was able to get it back into shape. He also cleaned and polished it. I am extremely pleased with his work. I will gladly use them again.

I have a diamond solitaire ring of my mothers that I had wanted to change into a pendant. I waited 6 years to find the right place. One reason was quality and another is because I didn’t want to leave the ring. I spoke to Jacob and we ordered the setting for the pendant and within a week, I took my mothers ring back and Sean and Gary helped turn it into a pendant in less than 30 minutes.

As someone who loves a jewelry store where they can talk to the craftsmen, and they love their work as much as I love jewelry, I highly recommend Red Tree.
