I decided on Reeds for my pool servicing needs because of the time they spent talking to me. I had a LOT of question since I was a first time pool owner & all my question were answered. Over time I decided to give it a go on my own & Reeds didn’t give me a guilt trip or even try to talk me out of it. What I got was “if you need anything just give us a call”. A season later we called them back & I am still as happy with their service as I was before; I just feel comfortable with Reeds.

In my experience over the last decade, this is the only pool service that’s been consistently reliable and professional, and doesn’t push services or products that aren’t requested or needed (ie I’ve never had to deal with the dreaded upsell). Most importantly, these folks are honest; although they could have simply sold me new cartridges for my filter, they allow me to save substantial money by showing how easily the cartridges can be cleaned and, if the structural integrity is still there, reused.
