Real nice theater for date night. Food was quality seats were very comfortable enjoyed it with my wife that night

Was told by the server the hand held card machines don't accept Chase cards. Was asked if I had another card. I did not, since I was just stopping for a quick movie and meal. Then she asked if I was going to order throughout the movie. I said I was ordering food and drinks, but may order more drinks. She said then she would need another card. I said I don't mind paying as I go. She said no I can not. I hate to pull the race card, but that was the vibe I was getting. This is the same card I used to purchase the tickets at the front desk. I ended up going to the front desk and asking if this chase card thing was accurate. I was told by a nicer lady that chase doesn't allow them to hold cards on file, so they would have just taken the payment at the end. That was odd since that's not what the server told me. Definitely felt it was some sort of discrimination by the server at this point. I just asked for a refund since at this point the movie had started and I felt uncomfortable with the server. Unfortunately I did not get to enjoy the food or movie. The theater itself looks nice, an they provide blankets. But I've tried every luxury theatre in Houston and this was the last on my list. Worst experience overall. The nice lay at the front did give me a card for 2 free tickets, but honestly I would have preferred to just enjoy the movie and food. Not sure if I will even use this.sucks I drove across town for this experience. Gave a 2 only because of the nicer lady in the front.

Love it great service great food plenty of options great location aswell nice to walk around after take pictures do some shopping if u go early…. Go you won’t regret it dress up if u like great night out on the town feel

When this theater was being built, we had hopes it was going to be comparable to the IPIC downtown. Unfortunately, it's not. The seats are just slightly better than Cinemark, and the tiny dividers don’t make it as private as you'd wish. We opted to eat at Sixty Vines beforehand and were glad we did as the food was excellent and more of a value compared to the offerings at Reel Cinema. We even opted for desert beforehand at the restaurant as they were basically half the price of desserts at Reel Cinema. The tiny unlimited popcorn bowl gets annoying as well every time you have to call the waiter over to refill the little dog bowl. When Luxury is in the name, you know you're being upsold. Save your money, and get a nice quality meal elsewhere and head down the street for a movie. Or if you want a real luxury movie theater experience go down to the IPIC downtown.

Great date night location. Two Spacous reclining seats their own sectional. Fun to have the option of ordering dinner or pop corn brought to you. Higher cost for a fun experience.

Wonderful dinner and a movie venue. Seating is intimate and comfortable. Food was excellent and well priced for the quality. Try the lobster bites! Staff was very attentive as well.

Hands down the best movie theater I've ever been to. Delicious food. Great service. Everyone is friendly. Comfy seats. Blankets available for use. Gorgeous design inside and out. Restrooms are clean and comfortable to use. Lots of the servers here are super cute too. I don't know what else to say. They honor reduced price tickets for show on Tuesdays which is surprising for a movie theater this fancy. I've been here twice already with my family and we have never left disappointed. A total gem of a restaurant! Please stay and never leave. I can't wait to try out the restaurant experience without the movie. I reckon it'll be equally as wonderful!

We usually go to Star in Springwoods but we thought we would try this place. The ad looked good. The food was greasy and salty and majorly over priced The service was horrible. Took forever to bring stuff out. They closed our tab 40 minutes before the movie ended and told us the movie was almost over. Seriously disappointed with this place. Sticking with Star cinema. Same set up.less pricy, better food, better service and popcorn comes with your pod seating.

The best movie theater I have ever been to. Very nice and elegant! Drinks were amazing and food was goood. The seats were very comfortable. Will come back

Two stars for a gorgeous ambiance but the food does not match the feel of the theater. It was mediocre at best. Burger was bland & dry. So were the fries. Chicken was rubbery & overcooked. Charcuterie board looked like it was leftovers from a ran over charcuterie board. Salad was also terrible. The ravioli was delicious but sometimes it’s just too little too late. We were also greeted by blankets that were crusty/dirty that were balled up by our neighbor who took our clean blankets. I’d forgive them for that & go back for the theater experience again and just byob and SKIP the food. (Bring your own blanket). Ps. It was kind of weird to have Blue Moon served in a wine glass with a warm orange.

Was overall a nice theater. Very nice ambiance. I loved the lamp and the seating to provide privacy. My only complaints were the actual movie itself kept skipping throughout and freezing. Also the food was just OK. Drinks were a bit weak also.

Very impressive, exceeded our expectations. Cool concept, very comfortable, great wait staff. Food was far better than we expected. Perfect date night out option!

Love the experience it brings to cinema it was our first time ever experience anything like this staff was very friendly and professional and proactive in our request menu was good drinks and all you do pay a premium but for the experience is well worth it they do offer military discount and glad the parking Garage is free behind it and located easy access on the 3rd floor located within the restaurant. We got the cheese board and popcorn chicken with ranch and for our drinks each got spicy pea margarita which was delicious and a couple ranch waters and popcorn we thought the lamp would be distracting to eating while we watch equalizer 3 which was great by the way Denzel is amazing hope sequel continues but it was not distraction and food came out quick our total with just food drink was 112 and tickets about 30 for 2 using military discount and my wife loved The addition blankets because it was a lil chilly and the seats reclining was a bonus. Restrooms are very clean and look luxurious. Overall everything was great will definitely be coming back

What a great experience! Great service and loved the food. We got the kobe fries and sliders both delicious. We will definitely be back again.
