Dr. Lam and Unique (hygienist) provided an excellent experience. After having a previous experience that was not ideal, I was reluctant to find a new dentist that I could trust. Very professional and skilled, top to bottom. Cannot recommend them more highly. Dr. Lam is so thorough and informative, and lets you know every step of the way what’s going on so there are no surprises.every details of what my treatment plan was and the “why behind the what”. Was well explained the environment is Very calming, everyone is very friendly and welcoming definitely coming back again Thank you And the entire Refine team!

This office is very modern & they truly value giving their patients an exceptional experience by providing comfort & amazing service. Unique my hygienist is very sweet and gave a lot of information regarding ones oral health. Which is very appreciative. She provided a very thorough detailed cleaning while ensuring I’m comfortable throughout the whole process. Provided lip balm, a warm towel & water which made my experience that much better!

Great dentist office since the minute you walking in. The staff the Doctor. I’ve been there about 3 times all the work he has done no pain at all. I totally recommend. Oh and let’s not forget the reminders we get for the appointment they send you like 10 lol which I like because I’m the type to forget PERFECTO

AMAZING dental experience at the most beautiful and aesthetic dental office!

I have always struggled with going to the dentist, and have barely had exams and cleanings done in my lifetime, but all of the staff at Refine Dentistry make the visits go so smoothly that coming back in 6 months for a routine cleaning/exam does not feel scary.

Surprisingly, I felt the most calm I have ever felt at the dentist during the entire visit as Unique (the hygienist) went above and beyond to make certain that I was okay. To be honest, I hate getting bitewing x rays taken, but Unique walked me through each step which made this as easy as it could get. Her manner was kind, compassionate, and professional from beginning to end. She took her time to teach me about my teeth as we looked through the X-rays and cool images she took. The cleaning and exam was thorough to say the least. On top of that, Dr. Lam is nice, friendly, easygoing, patient, and gentle.

My teeth have never felt this clean after a regular cleaning and on top of that, being offered lip balm, a scented warm face towel, getting to watch Netflix, and even being given a bottled water was all very thoughtful. You will not regret coming here. I recommend Refine Dentistry to everyone.
