In July, I severely herniated by L5S1 disc by 11mm and was facing back surgery or a non surgical recovery of up to 18 months.

My right leg strength was cut in half with numbness spread throughout due to the pressure of the herniation on my nerve root. I couldn't even stand on my toe and had bad sciatica pain.
It was continuing to get worse until I was connected to @reformorthosport in late August.
