Prices are outrageous coke 8$ popcorn like 10$ tickets 12.50 per person cost 60 bucks to watch avatar 2 had to drive to convienent store to get drink and candy for kids because an 8oz bottle water here is 5$ for one bottle water do yourself a favor rent on red box or anything else way cheaper

Lots of times available for movies, so you can watch on your time. I like to go on Tuesdays because of $5 tickets and half off popcorn. This is of course if you are a regal club card member (doesn't cost you to be a member) If it wasn't for this deal I wouldn't go as much because it can get pricey. As for employees, they do have a high turn over but for the most part I don't have any trouble with them.

Paid $60 to watch Avatar on a Monday. There were 4 kids talking, laughing, running and rolling around on the ground the ENTIRE time. We even moved to get away from them only to have them move nearby. Here I was thinking they were unsupervised only to leave at the end and see the woman who accompanied them walking out with the little angels. Whole experience was terrible. I will never waste my money again. From now I watch my movies from home.

Lady that said she worked there was harassing customers and meat riding everyone asking for their tickets when they obviously paid in front and we’re in the right movie theater and whenever the movie stop playing she asked for the tickets again whenever they were just trying to leave and she wasn’t even on Clock she was with her family very bad place to go

Drove 45 minutes to this theatre, staff did not want to be there, terrible service, was ignored. I knew we should have just left right then. I bet there was a total of 7-10 people in the entire facility on this Friday night. I’m sure it’s on its way out…. We walked out after the 10pm movie ended and my son realized he left his beats inside. The doors we’re locked so we stood at the doors knocking and trying to get their attention. Saw several staff members look at us and just walk away. Tried calling for 20 minutes no answer and into the next day. We must have called 20-30 times and not one time was it picked up. Still to this day we cannot get a phone call picked up. I’m sure we’ll never get his beats back. Terrible night shift staff for sure, will not be back. Good luck with your visits!

Always clean, seating is comfortable, snack bar is reasonably priced. Very enjoyable experiences here.

Very nice movie theater except we had these teenage kids behind us who would not stop laughing or talking. If you get a theater with other people then good luck on staff getting them to shut up. We had to leave early cause they wouldn’t stop, and in todays world everything is being a Karen. Recommend going late times.

Came to visit my son today and decided it would be nice to bring him to the theatre, tickets alone for two adults and one kid cost me over $70, THATS RIDICULOUS I live near the metroplex and nowhere that way has it ever cost anything close to that just for admission, the place is run down, the employees talk trash about the place where they are employed, it’s trashy and honestly this is crazy! The movie was suppose to start at 12: 30 and the manager has said several times that they will be here to manually start the movie! Someone needs to shut this place down, this is price gouging!

None of the employees want to be there. Went today to see Nope. Girl behind counter was not paying attention and on her phone. The trailers were out of focus and so dark you couldn’t see them so I told her. She told the team lead and both obviously did not care. It wasn’t fixed. After trailers, lights came on and gray screen. I told them. Didn’t seem to care. After 10 minutes of nothing, some of us walked out. They told us it was the other peoples fault, not theirs, that the movie wasn’t playing. Offered for us to wait 2 hours for next showing or a refund. None of these people have any kind of customer service skills. Is there even a manager at this place?

Umm. I could live here! We have unlimited passes and go as often as we want. The manager is great and can draw beautifully. The theater looked awesome when Jurassic World came out. They are starting make updates to the theater. It's a great place to watch a movie.

Terrible, terrible, terrible. The price is outrageous spent $70 to be told the movie would be late, stayed in a dark room for 35-40 mins and the people behind us said they stayed 15 mins before us. They had left and asked for a refund. The guy at the front seemed like he didn’t care. They forgot to get some of our food and then they “didn’t know when the movie would start. ” Had to get a refund and wasted an hour of my time. Absolutely terrible all around. Do not recommend at all. Do not Easter your money.

I will never go back to this theater, the workers take their girlfriend and 4 kids from showing to showing being loud, interrupting movies, people are skipping to different showings being loud, kids are being left alone in cinemas to run amuck and interrupt the showing and to make things worse the brightness on the screen makes it impossible to see the movie during darker scenes, just an overall horrible experience.

The worker at the concession counter was not happy with his job. He made the comment they needed to update something when I told him i purchased tickets on the app. We enjoyed the movie we watched. I do wish they could move up with the times and get comfortable seating.

A lady came in behind us and was asking about watching a movie. She asked what times it showed. The worker could only tell her the time we were attending. He made a vague comment such as it shows all evening. I took out my phone and showed the times on the app.

I will return but if workers don't want to do their job what is the point of having them?

Concession stand Closes way too early and the theater hasn't been updated in 20+ years, Brownwood is too big of a town for how little stuff they have to offer.

Went to see dr strange and the screen brightness was so low that we couldn’t see most of the scenes, especially because this movie is one with darker scenes.i went to the front desk to tell them about it and they did nothing.i’ll be driving an hour to abilene to watch movies from now on.i honestly don’t know how this place is still in business, been going downhill for a while now.
