This salon needs to be CLOSED. The ladies are very unprofessional, they ruined my eyebrows, extremely overtrimmed/over waxed my eyebrow on one side and had audacity to ask me to leave when I blaimed them for ruining my eyebrows. A**HOLES! B*T*H When I asked for manager, they told me manager is in veitnam, I caused them trouble, just go away…. I am just sososo frustrated of their bit*chy humiliating attitudes on top of the damage I had to suffer. If only sueing wasn’t hastpe, I would sue them

They do not keep tracking of their appointments. I came back at the time they told me (1 hr later) and they were take care of an employee from Walmart. I was complained about the fact they made me comeback and she said that they do not trust on people because some do not show up sometimes and they do not call anyone. I noticed that One new couple was there and cut at front of me because I was not at the saloon, but they told me to leave and return in 1 hr. They do not give you a spot number reservation, they do not follow customer service protocols. I am pretty sure that not only I was the customer that had been upset. Time matters. True is valuable. They should tell me: "today, we are booked, sorry for the inconvenience " I did emphasize that when people provide their phone numbersare serious. When I comeback at the hr she told me, 4 people wrote their names and numbers after me. So, do not recommend them at all.

DO NOT GO! RUN BY THIEVES. Price list on the wall says manicure is $15 but the worker who did my nails had the audacity to tell me it's $20. When I asked her why she's charging me $5 extra, she said it's for the nail polish (which was by the way diluted to the point of no return). They have no shame and will blatantly lie to your face, just to get a few extra dollars for the worst service imaginable. P. S.please sanitize your tools - you can do AT LEAST that if you're trying to steal people's money.

Ran by two older Korean women. Got a French manicure here on Friday then broke and chipped by Monday then when I went back to see if she can fix them.she wanted to charge me for it, then she upset about it the entire time she was fixing them being rough with my hands. I don’t recommend this nail salon.

My wife went to have nails done and pedicure. There was nobody around as far as customers go and we were asked to pick colors. Literally not even 1 minute into selection she started to harass my wife for taking to long in selecting color. Then when my wife went to turn on massage chair she was told it was for customers only who pay for the water treatment. After she painted her toe nails she then started to talk to her like a dog. Finally my wife said this is enough and she paid 15 dollars for toe paint and walked out. Terrible service.

I went there to remove my shellac nail polish and I asked upfront how much it would cost. The lady told me $10 dollars. She kept insisting for me to get a new shellac and I said no. When I went to pay her the $10 at the exit she told me I had to pay $15. No matter what I said she told me she’d only accept $15. She was dishonest! In addition, the guy that removed my shellac was quite impatient. I will never go back there again! It was my first time using their services.

They prejudge. I called to see if they had space and when i showed up and they saw me, they said no smh. The first time I came, they were rushing me out bc of what i looked like and my nails were not even dry. Don’t go. Unless you’re old & white.

I entered the store at 6: 30 wanting a pedicure and nail dip. They said no to the nail dip because of the time (they close at 8pm). She began my pedicure and immediately started using a buff tool to scrape my shellac off. It was so painful and she cut my cuticles. She rushed through and didn't paint the whole toenail on multiple toes. The service was awful. I'll NEVER return. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I was getting my nails done and the lady like cuts my finger and i had to get letrial stiches for it DONT NO GO HERE

Worsted place don’t go there have my pedicure done next day all the polish come off not going back
